M电信局是上海电信的重要单位,M电信局企业文化优化重塑是本文的主要研究
内容。本文首先对企业文化的起源、概念、构成等内容进行了简要阐述。其次通过对
M电信局现有的企业文化进行了调查研宄,分析出现有的企业文化存在的问题,进而
提出了企业文化建设优化的必要性,并对建设优化企业文化给出了建议。希望通过分
析和研究,能够为M电信局制定一个企业文化的发展方向,促进该企业先进企业文化
的不断发展,从而提高该企业的管理水平,提高市场的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information industry, as well as the arrival of the mobile
Internet era, increasingly fierce competition among communications enterprises. In the
development of modern communications corporate management, rely on advanced
technology and complete network specifications, managing to gain a market advantage, is
not enough. Culture is the core competitiveness of enterprises, its importance has become
increasingly prominent.
In the development of corporate culture,telecommunications industry has a good
tradition. Today, the telecommunications industry is experiencing profound changes. These
changes require telecommunications companies must optimize remodeling an existing
corporate culture. This is very important.
M Telecom Company is an important unit of Shanghai Telecom, its optimization
reconsttuction of enterprise culture is the main content of this article. First, the article
presents the origins of culture, concept,composition,etc. Second, research on M Telecom
Company,point out problem,put forward a proposal. Article want to promote the
development of the enterprise culture, so as to improve the level of enterprise management,
improve market competitiveness.
