摘要
风险管理是项目管理中的一个重要课题,而加强企业新产品开发项目的风险管理是
维持企业生存和持续发展的重要方法和手段,同时也是帮助企业快速成长,跻身于市场
前列的一个不可缺少的因素。
本论文针对和利时公司电子调速器产品开发过程存在的风险进行识别、评价,并提
出相应的风险应对措施。在系统介绍项目风险管理体系和基本理论后,对该公司电子调
速器产品开发过程中的潜在风险进行了重点探讨,重点分析了该公司电子调速器新产品
开发过程中存在的技术风险、财务风险、市场风险。风险识别主要釆用了专家判断、头
脑风暴等方法,风险分析采取定性和定量相结合的方式,主要采用了模糊层次综合评价
法。通过对该公司电子调速器新产品开发项目风险管理的研究,力图使企业在以后进入
新欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司,开发新产品时,对项目的风险管理有章可循,实现对整个新产品开发过程中风
险管理的有效控制,保证企业新产品开发项目的顺利进行,增强企业的核心竟争力,赢
得市场。

Abstract

Risk management is one of the core subjects of project management, and it is also an key

method and solution to strengthen the risk management of the product development to keep

the enterprise survival and continuous development in the competitive world. It helps the

enterprise to grow fast and is also one of the key factors to keep the enterprise ahead of the

market foreland.

This thesis is based on the Electronic Governor new product development risk characters

and risk factors, after introducing the basic theory about the project risk management.

Emphasizes on studying the risk management way of the products development in electrical

industry from the products business lines characters to risk identification, risk assessment, risk

deal and risk monitor during the products development process. By analyzing the products

development cases in hollysys company in order that the theory leads practice and combine

the practice together. Improving Hollysys Company risk management level and help hollysys

company to win the market and keen continuous developing in the world. Thesis also analysis

of the product development process of technical risk, financial risk, market risk using the

FAHP method.
