ABSTRACT
Humanresources is the first resources in the company , while training and
exploitation system is part of human resources management system. Staff training, as an
important part of human resources, has become a necessary mean to maintain the
effective functioning for the entire enterprise. Staff training management system, in a
timely, continuous and planned way, is an effective approach for maintaining and
enhancing enterprise vitality. We should take staff’s requirement as the foundmion,
enterprise developmental strategy as the guidance, to establish and improve a training
management system adapting to the development of the enterprise. Thus, it may not
only improve staff personal performance, but also enhance the enterprise’s competitive
power in the market.
In this paper, the object of study is Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. The
author combined the actual experience about the management engaging in this company,
analyzed and diagnosed the situation of training through the questionnaire survey.
Subsequently, this work revealed the occurring problems in company and the training
management system based on the strategic direction of Chuanqing Drilling Engineering
Co., Ltd was introduced to the occurring problems. Therefore, the aim of this work is to
enhance the level of theoretical and practical reference value for staff training.
