摘要锂电池欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司是一个朝阳产业,但制造业是一个“微利”欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,而如何在这个朝阳欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司里获得竞争优势,对E企业来讲,生产管理模式的提升显得意义重大。精益生产模式来自于丰田生产系统,是一种先进的企业管理模式,在世界范围内已经得到充分的验证。而精益生产模式在消除浪费、降低成本、提高产品质量、缩短制造周期方面具有无可比拟的优势。本文首先通过对E企业当前价值流运营状况进行分析,其次针对企业中存在的大量原材料及成品库存,极低的设备利用率,搬运、不良品等各种浪费现象进行了分析,然后结合对精益生产模式的研究,对E企业的生产运营提出了一套系统的方法和措施,包含5S管理,精益思想的导入,价值流分析,全面生产维护,均衡化生产,全面品质管理,持续改善等内容。通过实例论证,如何把试点单位由传统模式转变为精益生产的模式,对于其他区域的推广具有借鉴意义。E企业通过精益生产管理的实践活动,取得了阶段性的效果,并形成了具有自身特色的精益生产管理模式,为中国制造业管理模式的未来发展方向提供了借鉴。关键词E企业,精益生产,管理模式ABSTRACTLithium battery industry is a sunrise industry, but manufacturing is asmall profit industry. It is of great significance supposing that Ecorporation can obtain competitive advantage through the ascension ofproduction management mode in this industry.Lean production (LP) model, from the Toyota Production System, isan advanced enterprise management mode, and it has been sufficientlyvalidated in the worldwide. The lean production model has anunparalleled advantage in eliminating wastes, cost down, improvingproduct quality, shortening production cycle. Firstly, this thesis introducesthe status of value stream mapping of E enterprise, and makes an analysisfor the existence of a large number of raw materials and finished goodsinventory, very low equipment utilization, transportation, defectiveproducts and other kind of wastes. After that, The thesis proposed asystem of methods and measures for the enterprise E based on the leanproduction model and the operation status analysis of enterprise E,including 5S management, the introduction of lean thinking, value streamanalysis, Total Productive Maintenance, balanced production, totalquality management, continuous improvement etc. Through examples,this thesis demonstrates how the pilot units with the traditional modeltransform into a lean production mode. It is a reference for the promotionof other regions.E enterprise achieved a stage effect and the formation of a leanproduction management model with its own characteristics through thepractice of lean production management activities.
