摘要
亨内基公司是一家以项目型业务为主导,生产聚氨酯反应发泡设备的德国公司。面
对竞争不断加剧的市场环境,亨内基为了降低库存成本,提高公司的竞争能力,釆用了
基于JIT的生产方式。但由于其中一部分物料是长交货期的物料,从欧洲进口,交货周
期长达3个月左右且不稳定。这经常打乱生产计划,造成装配暂停等料,工人待工,严
重时会直接造成交货拖延,除了要承受高额的延迟交货罚金,并且影响到亨内基公司的
声誉和竞争能力。
本文通过对亨内基公司长交期物料的采购决策进行研究,分析了导致延期交货和订
单流程不畅的主要因素,总结了亨内基公司供应链管理中存在的缺陷。然后,提出采用
EOQ控制模型来采购长交货期物料,并分析了在不同服务水平下的长交货期物料釆购策
略。最后考虑不同服务水平以及影响采购成本变化的因素,分析比较了基于EOQ和JIT
釆购策略的成本,并提出了在不同条件下的决策方案。该问题的研究对于改善亨内基公
司釆购物料的交货周期以及解决订单流程不畅具有非常重要的意义,同时对于其他相关
企业的采购策略管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
Hennecke is a Germany manufacturer which can supply the PU machinery. Its business is
almost project business. She use JIT mode in production currently. But, some key materials
are imported from Europe, and the delivery very long, it takes 3 months and even not stable
and these long lead time materials often delay. The delay always disrupt the production plan,
cause the assembly has to stop and waiting for material, and workers no more work to do,
seriously it can cause delivery delays directly, in addition Hennecke has to bear the high
penalty for delayed delivery, it also affect Hennecke's reputation in market and competitive
capacity.
On the base of analysis the purchasing strategy of long lead time materials for Henecke
company. And the analysis the main factors of goods delay and order flow not smoothly,
summed up the defects of supply chain management for Hennecke company. Afterwards,
propose using EOQ purchasing model to purchase long lead time materials, also analysis the
purchasing strategy when it under different customer service lever. Finally, analysis the
purchasing strategy by using EOQ and JIT model when the customer service level and
influencing factors changed, and propose the suitable decision. The research is very important
significance not only for improving delivery status of purchasing management and solving
order flow management for Henecke company, but also use for reference significance for
other related company.
