摘要
随着我国对外贸易的快速发展,越来越多的跨国公司进入中国,
与我国的本土企业竞争。国内企业的管理者对关务管理的认识理念已
经不能适应当前国际大金融体系的需要,严重制约着企业外贸发展适
应能力。因此,实施关务管理优化,构建符合国际外贸新要求的关务
管理体系,是在外贸压力巨大的环境下让企业做大做强的重要举措。
作为以显示屏功能玻璃面板的研发为主要任务的肯普科技股份有限
公司股份有限公司,既要保持其科技创新的领先优势,又适应当前外
贸发展的需求,实现科技与市场的有效对接,是其成长壮大过程中的
现实问题。
本文从关务管理的基本内容和要求入手,运用现代企业管理的理
论知识,对肯普科技股份有限公司的关务管理现状进行了诊断。在现
状诊断和原因分析的基础上,结合该企业的发展总体要求,对企业的
关务组织机构、贸易方式、进出口渠道、风险控制以及企业文化、绩
效考核等管理模式进行了优化设计。
本文理论与实践相结合,以组织结构理论、绩效考核理论等人力
资源理论为基础,结合海关进出口规范条例和该企业的特点,对其关
务管理部门的构架进行了有益探索。
