摘要
产业集聚作为一种现代工业化进程中一个独特的经济地理现象,国内外实践表
明,加快发展产业集聚是区域经济发展战略的重要组成部分,市场经济条件下工业化
发展到一定阶段的必然选择。国内外的经济学家对此都进行了大量的研究和论证,取
得了丰硕的理论成果,集聚理论研究不断丰富和深入
巩义市产业集聚区作为河南省级产业集聚区和国家新型工业化示范基地,历经十
余年的不断发展,集聚区建设和发展呈现出一派勃勃生机,正在成为强市富市、利民
富民的重要推动力,承接沿海地区产业转移的重要投资地,推动巩义市县域经济的重
要增长极和发展引擎。随着产业集聚区内软硬环境的日趋完善,形成了铝精深加工为
主导的产业特色,并逐步成为全国最大的铝加工产业基地。铝加工产业集聚区的品牌
影响力和号召力不断增强,吸引了众多外地铝加工企业相继落户巩义,产业集聚规模
不断扩大,产业集聚水平不断提升,吸纳了当地大量农村就业人口,形成了巨大的规
模经济效应
本文首先对产业集聚有关理论进行了系统地梳理和归纳,把巩义市的铝加工欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司
作为研究切入点或者说研究缩影,用产业集聚理论的视角对其做出系统详尽地研究和
分析。主要研究了巩义市铝加工产业集聚发展过程中一系列问题,通过分析目前该市
铝加工产业集聚的发展现状、发展特点,定量计算产业集聚效应,通过SWOT矩阵分
析最优发展策略,试图解释该市铝加工产业集聚的形成机制、发展特点、影响因素以
及存在的不足,最终提出破解对策、改进措施和优化建议

Abstract
Industrial agglomeration as a unique phenomenon of economic geography of a modern
industrialized process, indicating that the domestic practice,accelerate the development of
industrial agglomeration is an important part of regional economic development strategy,
under the condition of market economy, the industrialization develops to a certain stage of
the inevitable choice. Domestic and foreign economists have a great deal of research and
demonstration, achieved fruitfial results of the theory, cluster theory research is unceasingly
rich and deep.
Gongyi industrial cluster district as the Henan provincial industry cluster district and
national new industrialization demonstration base, after more than ten years of continuous
development, cluster construction and development presents a thriving scene, is becoming
an important driving force of strong, rich city,enriching the people to undertake the transfer
of industry of Haiti District,along the important investment, promote the important growth
and the engine of the development of county economy of Gongyi. With the development of
industrial agglomeration of soft and hard environment in the region is becoming more and
more perfect, formed aluminum deep processing as the leading industry characteristics, and
gradually become the country's largest aluminum processing industry base. Aluminum
processing industry cluster brand influence and appeal increases ceaselessly, attracted many
foreign aluminum processing enterprises have settled in Gongyi, expanding the scale of
industrial agglomeration, industry agglomeration level to rise, to absorb a large number of
local rural employment population, forming a scale great economic effect.
This paper systematically combs out and sums up the theory of industrial
agglomeration, the aluminium processing industry in Gongyi city as a research starting
point or of miniature,with industrial agglomeration theory make the system on the detailed
research and analysis. The main research of aluminum processing industry in Gongyi City,
a series of problems in the process of development, through the analysis of the current
development situation, aluminum processing industry of the city agglomeration
development characteristics, quantitative calculation of industrial agglomeration effect,
through the SWOT matrix analysis, the optimal development strategy, trying to interpret
the aluminium processing industry cluster formation mechanism, characteristics, influence
factors and development existing problems, finally puts forward the countermeasures, the
improvement measures and suggestions.
