摘 要
最新的企业管理研究表明,企业之间的竞争就是企业人力资源的竞争。现代企业想
要持续健康稳定发展,打造一支高忠诚度的员工队伍是关键。在现今市场经济的前提下,
人才已变为企业竞争中的核心优势,而忠诚度的高低决定了人才的优势能否充分发挥。
因此,企业如何留住人才并有效提升人才的忠诚度,以达到降低人力成本,发挥人力资
源最大的效用,长期以来是企业管理者特别是人力资源管理部门所期望解决的问题。
现代企业管理学认为忠诚度对于企业和员工来说是双方面的。一方面,企业要为员
工提供生存与发展的有竞争力的条件;另一方面,员工要利用自身所掌握的技能和知识,
尽心尽力地来为企业服务。本文以Y公司为研究对象,试图从员工忠诚度的内涵与外延
入手,结合人力资源管理、组织行为学等学科旳相关理论,深入Y公司内部,挖掘出Y
公司员工忠诚度存在的问题及忠诚度下降的原因。在回顾了员工忠诚度相关理论的基础
上,按照影响员工忠诚度的因素,设计了 Y公司员工忠诚度调查问卷并进行实地调研,
得出Y公司员工忠诚度下降的主要影响因素,并结合Y公司实际,有针对性地提出相
应的对策,希望能对Y公司员工忠诚度的提升提供帮助,同时也为相关企业员工忠诚度
维护与提升提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract
The current between enterprises competition is actually talent competition. Has a highly
effective loyal staff is the key of modern enterprise sustainable development. Under the
market economy condition, enterprise's advantage lies in the talents, and play out the role
of talents depends on whether the first loyalty. People How to improve staff loyalty and retain
talents, so as to reduce human resource cost, to the largest human development utility,
always all is the enterprise especially human resources management professional direction
diligently.
The modern management theory is that employee loyalty is two-sided. On the one hand,
the enterprise to provide employees survival and the development competitive conditions;
On the other hand, the staff to use own skills and knowledge, trying my best to serve for
enterprises. This topic attempts from the connotation and denotation of employee loyalty,
combined with management, organizational behavior,and other disciplines related theory,
deeply discuss the influence factors of staff loyalty. Company Y as the research object, trying
to start the connotation and denotation of loyalty from employees, combined with the
organizational behavior, human resource management, and the theory of the discipline, depth
Y internal excavated the Y company employee loyalty problems and loyalty down reasons.
Designed based on a review of the theory of employee loyalty, in accordance with the factors
that affect employee loyalty, the Y company employee loyalty questionnaire and conduct field
research, come to the decline of the major influencing factors of Y company employee loyalty,
combined with Y company the actual targeted propose appropriate countermeasures, hope that
can help enhance employee loyalty Company Y also provide references related to employee
loyalty maintenance and upgrading.
