摘 要
金融创新的持续健康发展,对于改善科技产业金融环境、拓宽科技型企业资金来
源、完善科技金融服务体系有重大意义。本文以w市为例,调查了解科技金融创新发
展现状及存在问题,以宏观分析与微观分析相结合的方式,采取实证分析、对比分析
等方法,提出问题、分析问题,并寻求促进科技金融创新可持续发展的建议。
本文首先从宏观层面着手,阐述金融创新的历史背景以及金融创新对加速科技产
业发展的重大意义。然后,转入微观层面,采取案例分析的方法,介绍W市科技金融
创新实践与发展情况,通过对金融产品、金融服务方式、金融市场等方面的创新,梳
理总结出W市科技金融创新的整体运行状况。接着,结合W市科技金融创新的发展实
际,分析金融创新在促进科技产业发展过程中存在的制约因素,并对制约因素产生的
根本原因进行全面的梳理。最后,提出促进金融创新支持科技产业可持续发展的政策
建议。

Abstract
The healthy development of the financial innovation institutions is important to
improve Technology financial environment、 broad funding sources for Technology
industry、 improve the rural financial system. This paper takes W city as an example,
combining with macro analysis and micro analysis, using empirical analysis and
contrastive analysis, in order to find out the problems and constraints of Technology
financial and seek out the way of sustainable development of the Technology financial。
Firstly, this paper describes the historical background and significance of the
formation of financial innovation from the macro-level. Then, paper describes the
development condition of the Technology financial innovation in W city Practice and
development of financial innovation, through taking the analysis method, and uses the
comparative analysis of the financial products, financial services, its financial markets and
other aspects of innovation, multi-angle to summarize the overall operation of Technology
financial innovation. Thirdly, combining with the Technology Practice and development of
financial innovation, this paper analysis the problem and the reasons caused in the
operation, explore the market positioning and management strategies of Technology
financial innovation. Finally, it proposes policy to develop technology industry and the
financial innovation for sustainable development.
