摘 要
随着我国医疗卫生改革体制的不断深入,以往传统的管理模式已经不能满足医院
发展的需求。探索一条高效益、低成本的发展之路,提高医院的绩效管理水平,已经
成为各个医院面临的新的挑战。后勤管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,为医院的各
项工作提供保障性的服务,改善后勤管理模式是具有举足轻重的作用。近年来,精细
化管理在很多领域得到广泛应用,并取得了良好效果。精细化管理是一项系统性工程,
是对目标和工作流程进行分解和细化,它通过明确目标,细化管理单元,进而改进管
理方式,降低管理成本,提高效率和效益,保证各项工作能够高效、顺利地完成。因
此,在医院后勤管理工作中引入精细化管理具有重大的经济意义和现实意义。

本文对精细化管理和医院后勤管理涉及的相关理论进行了介绍,通过分析鼓楼医
院后勤管理的概况及存在的问题,运用精细化管理的理念和方法来解决后勤管理中的
不足之处,并取得了较好的成果。鼓楼医院后勤精细化管理是建立在科学管理的基础
之上,重视精细化操作,力求实现降低医院管理成本、提高工作效率的目的。

本文共分为六个部分,首先阐述了研究背景、研究意义、研究内容及章节结构,
而后对相关理论进行了详细具体的介绍,并在此基础上分析了鼓楼医院后勤实施精细
化管理的必要性。最后对鼓楼医院后勤实施精细化管理的具体做法进行探讨,得出实
施精细化管理后取得的成果,为医院改善后勤管理引入了一种新的思路。

Abstract
With the deepening of the medical and health system reform in our country, the
traditional management mode already cannot satisfy the needs of hospital development. To
explore a road to the development of high benefit and low cost has become the new
challenges that hospitals face. Logistics management is an important part of hospital
management. It provides affordable services for each work in the hospital. So improving
logistics management mode plays a decisive role. In recent years, the fine management has
been widely applied in many fields and achieved good results. Fine management is a
systematic project, and it is the target and workflow decomposition and refinement.
Through the clear goal, refine management unit, thus Fine management can improve
management, reduce the management cost and improve the efficiency and effectiveness,
and finally ensure each work completed in an efficient and smooth way. Therefore,
introducing the elaborating management in hospital logistics management has great
economic significance and practical significance.
In this article, the fine management and the related theory that hospital logistics
management involves are introduced. This article analyzes the general situation of the drum
tower hospital logistics management and the existing problems, then uses the fine
management methods to solve the deficiency of logistics management, and achieves some
good results. Drum tower hospital logistics fine management is built on the basis of
scientific management. It attaches great importance to the fine operation, makes every effort
to decrease the cost of hospital management and to enhance the efficiency of work.
This article can be divided into six parts. Firstly it elaborates the research background,
research significance, research content and structure of the chapter. Then the related theories
are introduced in details, and the necessity of implement of fine management is also analyzed.
Finally, the drum tower hospital logistics implement of fine management practices are
discussed and achievements are concluded. The fine management introduces a new train of
thought for logistics management of hospital.
