摘 要
这些年,民营医院正逢新医改的最好时机,发展势头迅猛,2012年,国内民营
医疗机构数量平均增速达到17%,虽然发展速度快,但是市场份额小,提供的医疗服
务量和医疗水平普遍不高,仅占总量的8%。由于一些民营医院因为经营的问题导致
资金难以收回,让外部资本望而却步,所以民营医院在募集资金方面总会遇到一些难
题。

本文选取RC医院作为典型对象进行融资研究,对其融资现状和融资问题进行系
统研究和分析,旨在引导其走出低水平融资,为医院的发展、壮大提供充沛、高效的
资金来源。

笔者作为一名在医院工作的财务人员,十分关注RC医院的融资情况,也一直在
思考和设计能够与RC现行财务情况相匹配的融资渠道和融资模式,并着手进行相关
的研究和分析。首选RC医院为主要研究对象,结合欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司状况和SWOT模型分析现阶段
融资现状及问题,提出相应融资对策,大胆构想私募股权融资和IP0公开上市等股权
融资方式,以期能对民营医院将来的发展、资本的注入、医院的改制重组等这些方向
提出一些建设性意见和建议。

Abstract
These years, private hospital has sprung up under the best time of health care
reformand have developed rapidly. Related data show that The average growth rate of The
number of private hospital in China reached 17%. Although it grows rapidly, it holds small
shares of the market. The level of the quantity and quality of medical service it provides
are not high and has only 8% of the total. It is difficult to recover funds for Some private
hospitals and external capital is not willing to invest, So finance is a difficult problem for
private hospital.
This paper selects RC hospital as a typical object for financing research, systematic
research and Analysis on the financing status and financing problems, to guide them out of
the low level of financing, for hospital development, expand and provide sufficient,
efficient source of funds.
As an accountant at the hospital, is very concerned about the financing situation of
RC also thinking and design to the current financial situation with the RC match the
financing channels and modes,and proceeded to carry out relevant research and
analysis.This paper first states the financing of private hospital theoretically. It The rich
hospital as the main object of study, a comprehensive analysis of the start-up period,
growth period and mature financing mode, using the SWOT analysis model, combined
with the actual situation of the rich and the future three years development of the necessary
funds,puts forward the new financing model, and the selection of private equity financing
and IPO publicly listed high level financing way, with a view to the future development of
private hospital, capital injection, the hospital restructuring the direction put forward some
constructive opinions and suggestions.
