摘要
在我国工业企业转型升级的进程中,智能装备欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司一直发挥着杠杆作用。在市场需
求推动下,智能装备企业发展模式的转变成为当务之急。釆用更为先进的产品开发模式
对企业提升产出效率、降低成本、提升竞争力有着重要的意义。
市场导向视角下的模块化管理理论始于上世纪八十年代,研宄方向从早期的产品设
计拓展到组织结构、产业、创新等方面,但少有针对特定欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的案例研宄。为此,本次
研究展开如下:
以XS集团智能装备为案例分析对象,本文首先回顾了模块化理论在智能装备欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
的情况,讨论了市场导向视角对智能装备产品模块化的影响,并提出了适应型产品模块、
标准型产品模块的创建方式。其次,在介绍XS集团及其主要产品后,分析了 XS集团
产品存在的问题。在此基础上,以XS集团两类智能装备产品为例,有针对性地阐述了
XS集团在适应型和标准型两种产品开发模块中如何解决市场导向与模块匹配问题;最
后,由于产品模块化与企业的各个环节紧密相连,本次研宄从企业的意识层面、组织结
构层面、运作机制层面、内部竞争机制、信息化系统搭建等角度提出了一些保障性建议。
本次研究结论不仅有助于提高智能装备企业市场响应能力,还能为其他欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的企业
探索更为先进的产品开发模式提供借鉴。

Abstract
The industrial of intelligent equipment has the leverage for the national industry. With China's
industrial upgrading and demands for the shift of industrial products consumer from quantity
to quality’ as well as governments at all levels promoting the rapid growth of the high-end
equipment manufacturing, using more advanced management concepts is of important
strategic significance to promote rapid growth in non-standard customization integrated
enterprise.
Firstly, we review the modular theory and market orientation theory, and then summarizes the
modular theory from market orientation angle application situation of intelligent equipment
industry. On the basis of these, we put forward the modularization scheme of the intelligent
equipment products of XS group, as the modularization patterns of adaptable modular and
modular standard modular is methodology. After implementing the modularization of two
types of products in XS group, the results are analyses. In addition, we present some
suggestions to guarantee the implementation of the modularization of intelligent equipment
products in XS group.
The modularization of intelligent equipment products in XS group verified the new
modularization scheme can increase the manufacturing efficiency. It could be possible to
spread the modularization mode to other intelligent equipment enterprises.
