该计件薪酬系统是依据集团客户经理工作的实际需要,按照客户经理的实际
工作流程将其业务划分为四大板块,在系统设置中的基础数据管理,政策配置管
理,计算管理,统计分析报表是该系统的关键和核心,也是该系统主要实现的功
能。在该文的中主要依据设计研究意义、背景,以七章节的论文结构来完成,主
要包含设计原则、数据设计、流程设计及其他相关设计来完成该系统的可行性分
析和铺垫,并在该系统中将分析引擎、支持报表条件自定义,增强对一线员工营
销活动的监控、分析和管理引入计件薪酬系统。本文主要工作内容是:
1、对移动公司的客户经理薪酬体系进行深入研究和分析,结合 UML 语言、
B/S 网络框架、数据库设计技术以及 MVC 开发模式,探讨了优化现有薪酬体系并
进行信息化的可能性。
2、以移动公司的现有业务和薪酬体依据基础,对计件薪酬管理系统的各个功
能模块进行了详细的分析和设计,并且结合 ER 图,对系统的数据库进行了设计,
同时设计了安全机制,以应对不确定的威胁。
3、结合实际应用情况,我们改进了 MVC 模式中的体系结构,以适用开发的
需要。
4、最后实现了移动公司计件薪酬管理系统,并测试了该系统的功能和性能。

ABSTRACT
Piecework wage salary management system is a modern information technology to
achieve an important step, and critical facilities, the introduction of modern information
systems will greatly enhance the company's operational efficiency reduce operating
costs.In mobile company,we use the quantity of customers that account managers
server and develop as piecework.Measurement detection and Management levels are an
important yardstick for measuring a country's level of industrial technology.
Measurement detection enterprises at all levels set by the Government in accordance
with the law authorized measurement inspection institutions, shoulder organizations
around the public standards of measurement and the important task of the money
transfer. Measuring and testing is a relatively complex and strict business, undertake
verification and calibration of measuring instruments around the testing work, however,
greatly curtailed in the traditional mode of management, human resource management,
there is an urgent need for a way to change the traditional management model. With the
development of computer information technology, enterprise management model
developed from the network computer more and more attention, from the results, the
information system on the operation of various aspects of the enterprise has played a
good role. Therefore, the current level of computer, combined with business
management business process, the development of Integrated Information Management
System for measuring and testing.
This paper defined the integrated management system of measuring and testing
information in the system requirements and objectives, and create a system process
detailed description of its construction ideas and methods. CIMS Integrated thinking
and analysis of measurement and enterprise information construction in common,
pointed out that based on CIMS theory, information integration, process integration,
enterprise integration. For measuring and testing unit business process reengineering
and the construction of the database, measuring and testing of integrated management
information system needs and performance of hardware and software requirements,

test management and basic data maintenance modules such as measuring and testing
integrated Information Management System. Use of distributed technology, XML
technology. NET technology, the SQL Server and other computer technology to achieve

functions.In this paper,our main works are:
1.We research and analysis pay system of account manager in mobile company.
combining with UML language, B / S network framework, database design techniques
and MVC development model, we also discusses the possibility of optimizing the
existed remuneration system and the possibility of achieving information managment.
2.We analysis and design functional modules of piecework salary management
system in detail,based on the existed business and salary system of mobile company.With
the help of of ER diagrams, we design a database system design and security mechanisms
to respond to the uncertainty threat.
3. According to the practical application, we have adapted the MVC model
architecture for the needs of development.
4. We achieve a mobile company salary management system, and test the system's
functionality and performance.

1.1 研究背景和意义
随着市场的发展及竞争的加剧,传统的薪酬管理模式已难以适应新形势下公
司发展需要,亟需有效转变。 而某城市化水平不断提高,用户普及率快速攀升,
规模化大发展趋于缓慢,市场进入以效益、质量、品质制胜的发展阶段,加之欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
内外竞争形势日趋严峻,业务竞争格局下三家运营商均面临着新增客户争夺和老
客户保有的双重压力,在信息化高速发展的今天,业务拓展的类型和方式也发生
了很大变化,首先由移动推出了客户经理、信息化专家等概念,之后其它运营也
随之推出更有针对性的客户经理服务模式、VIP 服务模式等等。
传统的薪酬管理难以发挥对现代化企业发展的拓展需求,也难以起到对业务
发展的刺激作用,一线人员(包括客户经理和营业人员等)已经习惯于被动服务,
主动营销意识不足,基层管理遭遇瓶颈。所以只有打破传统模式收入分配大锅饭,
充分调动一线人员的积极性、主动性,促进自有渠道由服务型向营销型、由成本
中心向利润中心转型。
