本文在论述库存控制管理相关理论的基础上,对影响库存控制管理的几种常
见因素进行了分析和比较,结合燃煤电厂的实际生产情况,设定在不允许缺货、
随机性存储、非及时性补充和确保安全库存等的条件下,运用定期订购和定量订
购两种控制模型对XC电厂在燃煤库存数量、订货数量、订货时间、订货次数等
数据进行计算,以此来设定适合XC电厂日常生产的库存补充控制策略。本文的
创新点体现在采用本文提出的非及时性补充条件下的定期和定量订购控制管理
模型的参考,相对于燃煤电厂的传统燃煤库存管理能有效的降低发电企业的生产
成本,提高经济效益;从企业的经营管理角度来说,本文提出的库存控制管理模
型是能产生一定经济效益的。

Abstract
Inventory is the inpoitant way the normal production and operation. Inventory
control and mana^ment of the results directly affect the production and business
activities of enterprises and economic benefits, corporate image and business
reputation- To hold inventory will occupy the enterprise certain funds, increased
production costs,through analysis to identify suitable for enterprise production and
operation of the appropriate inventory has important significance. With China's rapid
economic development drives the whole society with the sharp increase in electricity
power production enterprises, especially coal-fired power plants to the demand of coal
is increasing day by day; due to the limited coal resources and coal prices increased
year by year, rail capacity tension when the coal supply to unfevorable fectors such as
coal-fired power plant coal inventory; bear greater pressure in the daily production
Because the coal inventory management in the process of the lack of new technology,
the lack of new ideas, still follow the traditional ideas in order to ensure the power
safety and store large amounts of coal, resulting in a large number of funds are coal
inventory occipied, high production costs,reduced the economic benefits of the
enterprise, the moment at the edge of loss. Strengthen tte coal-&ed power plant coal
inventory control management research and improvement to reduce the cost of power
generation, has an inportant significance to improve the economic efficiency of
enterprises and conpetftiveness.
Based on the theory of inventory management, the common fee tors affecting
several inventory management are analyzed and compared, combined with the actual
production situation of coal-fired power plant, set in no shorty random memory,non
timely sipplement and ensure the safety stock and other conditions, the regular order
and quantitative calculation on XC power plant in the coal inventory number,order
number, order time, times of order data ordering two control model, in order to set
suitable for XC power plant daily production inventory control strategy. The
conditions of non timely supplement the regular and ordered under quantitative
control model reference, compared with the traditional coal-fired power plant coal
inventory nmna逆ment can reduce power production costs, increase economic
efficiency; from the management perspective, this paper puts forward the inventory
management model is able to produce economic benefits the.

一、本文研究的背景及意义
(一)本文研究的背景
改革开放三十多年来,我国总体国民经济得到了快速的增长与发展。经济的
快速发展增加了对州电的需求,促进了电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的高速发展。近十年来为了满足
经济发展的需求我国在电源点建设方面加快了发展步伐,一大批大容量、高参数
的先进发电项口落地,新投入运行的发电机组逐年增加,总发电能力得到了显著
提高。全国总社会用电量在201丨年为46928亿千瓦时,与上年相比增长约11.74%;
全国全口径统计总发电量约47217亿千瓦时,比上年增长约11.68%[1]。全国电力
供需基本平衡,保障了国民经济和社会发展的需要。图1-1为屮研普华数据库绘
制的关于2003-2011年期间全国发电总量及增速趋势。
