不断进步,人们不仅在质与量这两个方面的要求都有了大幅的提升,对于服务质
量、售后追踪等多个方面的抽象质量的要求要进一步提高。质量的含义相比于之
前任何一个时代都变得更为广阔和宽泛。在当今的市场中质量被提升到一个前所
未有的高度。任何一个企业都应当格外加强对质量的关注和重视,顺应时代发展
的要求,拥有适合自身特点的质量管理方法。质量管理涉及到企业的各个部门和
生产的各个环节,提高质量管理水平,做好质量管理工作是确保产品质量根本,
也是促进企业发展最有效的突破口。

兰州石化公司作为中国西部最大的炼化企业,经过悠久的历史积淀有一套自
成的质量管理模式,但在新的世界经济大环境下,在新的市场经济调控作用下,
在新的综合管理机制下,质量管理水平还存在不足之处,比如质量管理制度与实
际工作存在差距、质量管理工作全员参与程度低、质量管理工作效率低下等;如
何解决这些问题,尽快提升质量管理水平迫在眉睫。

本文首先针对兰州石化公司作为大型炼化国企的特点,结合目前的生产实际
状况,对其现有的质量管理工作方法、模式进行了深入剖析,引入全面质量管理
理念,发现了现有质量管理工作方法、模式中存在的不足,结合企业自身特点,
提出了制定符合企业实际的质量管理制度;强化质量管理相关培训;以制度保障
质量持续改进;调整质量管理组织架构;简化质量管理工作流程等具体可行的办
法,促进兰州石化公司质量管理水平的提升,为企业质量管理的不断发展提供了
宝贵的建议。

ABSTRACT
The quality of the products is the reflection of enterprise, the quality is the lifeline of
enterprise. With the development of society and science, people requirements in the quantity have
been greatly enhanced, for many aspects of service quality, customer service tracking abstract
quality requirements to further improve. The meaning of quality is important than any prior. In
today&39;s market quality was promoted to a high height. Any enterprise should be to strengthen the
quality of care and attention, conform to the requirements of the times, has a quality management
method suitable for the characteristics of it. Quality management involves various aspects of the
various departments of enterprises and production, improve the quality of management is to
ensure the product quality.
Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is the largest petrochemical enterprises in Western China&39;s,
it has particular quality management through the long history, but in the world economic
environment, in a market economy under the new regulation, in the integrated management of the
new mechanism, The level of quality management still exist deficiencies, such as quality
management system has some mission, t,full participation of quality managemendegree is low,
the quality management work efficiency; how to solve these problems, and improve the quality of
the management level as soon as possible imminent.
According to the characteristics of large-scale petrochemical enterprises of Lanzhou
Petrochemical Company, combined with the actual production situation, thorough analysis to the
existing mode of quality management, introduced the concept of comprehensive quality
management, it has found the short board of the existing quality management, combined with
relevant questionnaires and data model comparison, put forward to strengthen quality management
through the production process, pay attention to quality management system construction, and
developing a specific implementation plan. Put forward the development of enterprises with the
actual quality management system; to strengthen training of quality management; to guarantee
continuous quality improvement; quality management organizational structure adjustment;
simplify the quality management workflow specifically the feasible solutions, to promote the

suggestions for the development of enterprise quality management.

一、绪论

随着社会与科技的不断进步,消费群体对质量一词的理解产生了巨大的变
化,人们不仅在质与量这两个方面的要求都有了大幅的提升,更为显著的变化是,
从以往简单的对实物产品质量的要求,上升到现在对于服务质量、售后追踪等多
个方面的抽象质量的要求。质量的概念变得更广阔,含义更加丰富,简单来说,
它包含了质、量以及抽象的质、量,当今的市场中质量被提升到一个前所未有的
高度。面对如此状况,任何一个企业对质量的重视都应当上升的空前的高度上去,

作为国家大型企业的中石油天然气集团公司,担负着国家能源供给的重大任
务,并在当今世界经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着中石油业务的不断拓展
和世界经济格局的变化,市场竞争日益激烈。大型化工企业已经从原本简单、原
始的生产模式中解放出来,随着各欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司融合、渗透的不断进化,各类电子设备、
远程控制设备、电气仪表设备的使用已经改变了化工企业老、旧、落后的固定模
式,现代新型化工企业处处体现着薪新的面貌。现场手动调解阀门的时代已经远
去,大规模集散控制系统的应用,让大部分操作都在控制室内完成,大批先进质
检设备的使用,让质量分析和检测更为精准和迅速,质量检测系统的应用让质检
数据以最快速度到达每一个人手中,更鲜明的反映生产状况,更好的指导生产,
提高实物产品的质量更为便捷。但同时,先进的生产模式、便捷的检测手段也产
生了新的问题,带来了新的手段。
