JLTX 公司量化绩效薪酬改进研究
摘 要
随着现代经济的进一步发展,越来越多的企业采用了绩效薪酬模式。一个多世纪
以来,企业薪酬问题一直是经济学界和管理学界关注的热点问题。从古典学到现代经
济学的发展,经济学领域对薪酬问题的研究已经相当系统。纵观所有薪酬理论,我们
可以发现这些理论的基本前提假设是:接受薪酬的主体是“理性”的人,由此演绎出
来的各种观点都已经渗透到管理活动中,对管理行为产生极为广泛的影响。从管理学
的角度出发,现实中的环境因素是复杂多变的,薪酬制度并不都能得到如此理性的执
行。基于管理实务的要求,企业薪酬管理理论也随着管理实践的发展而不断发展。这
些理论虽然常见各种管理学理论中,但却影响着企业薪酬管理基本概念和基本风格的
变迁;同时,现实中丰富多彩的管理方法和管理技术又折射出这些理论的精髓
员工的绩效薪酬是可以度量的,量化绩效薪酬能够体现出员工薪酬之间的差别,
通过量化绩效薪酬能够提升员工的积极性,达到员工利益与公司利益双赢的局面
本文首先通过对量化绩效薪酬的概念及方案进行研究,对量化绩效薪酬涉及的各
种业务流程进行分析,并通过多种措施与实践促进企业发展,论述此项研究在企业生
产经营工作中起到的关键性作用,达到预期效果并展望此项研究在未来企业生产经营
工作的发展趋势

Abstract
With the further development of the modern economy , more and more enterprises to
adopt a Performance Related Pay model . During the past century, companies pay issue has
always been a topic of general interest in the fields of economics and management,
economics research on pay issues has been systemized very well. A review of all kinds of
payment theory , we can find the basic assumptions of these theories are: the subject must be
a human with the charactor is rational, thus deduced the various views have penetrated into
management activities of management behavior is extremely broad impact. From the
management point of view, the reality of environmental factors is complex, the payment
theory system is not able to get so rational execution. Management practices based on the
requirements of enterprise compensation management theory but also with the development
of management practices and continue to develop. Although these theories common in a
variety of management theory ,but it affects the enterprise compensation management basic
concepts and style changes ; while , in reality, a variety of management methods and
techniques is always reflects the essence of these theories .
Employee performance pay can be measured , quantified performance pay staff's
salaries to reflect the difference between the salary through quantitative performance can
enhance employee motivation ,employee benefits and interests of the company to achieve a
win-win situation.
Concretely, This article research the concept and quantitative performance pay scheme
and analyse the quantitative performance payment various business processes involved , and
through a variety of measures to promote enterprise development and practice , discusses the
study in the production and operation of enterprises play key role to achieve the desired
results and business outlook of the study in the future development trend of production and
operation .
