当今，经济和环境的关系越来越紧密，人们在追求经济利益
的同时也在破坏美好的生活环境，环境污染既威胁着经济的发
展，更威胁着地球的生存和人类的生存。保护环境是一项基本国
策，发展环境保护技术是非常重要，非常迫切的
本人从智诚公司实际情况出发，运用swOT、生命周期及技
术创新等理论对技术创新战略模式进行了定位，并指出市场是技
术创新战略的最高目标。同时，对和技术创新战略实施过程中密
切相关的组织结构、人力资源、资金组织等战略进行了分析和讨
论
