本文从分析国内外设备管理信息系统现状和建立安庆石化总厂设备管
理信息系统必要性入手，在分析安庆石化总厂设备管理现状和设备管理需
求的基础上，提出建立安庆石化总厂SHPMIS的设计目标和设计思想、管理
范畴以及SHPMIS的系统划分与组成，对安庆石化SHPMIS的流程进行了设
计，并提出设备管理组织结构再造的思路。

安庆石化SHPMIS遵循石油化工设备管理的规范与要求，吸收石油化工
企业在设备管理方面积累和创造的经验和方法，汲取国内外有关设备管理
信息系统的成功经验，实现计算机对设备进行综合管理的要求，从而保证
企业对设备的物质运动和价值运动的全过程实行科学化管理。

Abstract
Facing 2 1 st century of information era，competitive capacity has
become a key factor of enterprise development．In order to raise the
competitive capacity,it is necessary for enterprises to establish
management information system of plant，so that whole plants system
carl be in a benignant cycle of sensitive information，scientific
management and precise decision．
This thesis analyses the present condition of plants management of
Anqing Petrochemical Works(APW)and necessity to set up plants
management information system of APW．Based on experiences of
domestically and aboard plants management information system，the
author brings forward the design goal and conception of SI-IPMIS of
APW，studies the management category and partition or composition of
SHPMIS system，designs the process of APW SHPMIS。presents
proposal to．reengineer the organization framework of Dlants
management．
APW SHPMIS conforms with the specification of petrochemical
plants management，adopts management experiences and methods
which are accumulated in many petrochemical enterprises，it brin2s
plants system to pass computer management,assure that enterprises
manage the material movement and valuable movement of Dlants
scientifically．
