本文以xx航运公司为研究对象,运用岗位评估、薪酬调查、薪酬诊断等
工具,从现代薪酬管理理论入手,理论联系实际,分析了 XX航运公司的薪酬
体系现状及存在的问题,说明了实施薪酬体系优化的必要性和可行性,提出了
薪酬体系优化的方案、工作程序和配套措施,达到增进该企业薪酬管理的内部
公平性和外部竞争性的目的。
希望通过本文的研究,能够改进XX航运公司的薪酬管理,也能对国内其
他航运类企业的薪酬体系设计和管理提供一定的参考。

Abstract
Compensation management is the core of modern enterprise incentive system, is the
premise and important part of human resource management in enterprises. The scientific and
effective compensation system can not only save labor cost for enterprises, inspire employee39;s
enthusiasm, can also help enterprises to attract, retain and motivate excellent employees,
establish a highly efficient and stable staff team.
Taking XX shipping company as the research subject, apply the post evaluation, salary
survey, salary diagnosis tool etc, starting from the modern salary management theory, theory
with practice, analyzes the present compensation system of XX shipping company and the
existing problems, explains the necessity and feasibility of implementing salary system
optimization, puts forward compensation system optimization scheme, operation procedures and
relevant measures, so as to improve the salary management of enterprises internal equity and
external competitive objective.
Expect through this study to improve the compensation management of XX shipping
company, also provide certain references for salary system design and management of other
domestic shipping enterprises.
