摘要
铁矿石是世界钢铁工业最基本的原料。2003年以来,我国钢铁业便成为全球最大
的铁矿石进口国,然而,我国却在国际铁矿石贸易定价机制中处于被动地位,给我国钢
铁业的发展乃至国民经济的发展带来了巨大的负面影响。本文将首先梳理近年来我国钢
铁企业发展现状、世界铁矿石供应现状以及中国钢铁业铁矿石需求状况,明确近年来世
界铁矿石供求关系。其次,根据铁矿石供求关系的变化及定价机制的变化过程分析其产
生变化的内在原因及未来发展趋势。再次,本文将比较不同定价机制对于国内钢铁企业
的可能产生的影响。最后,本文针对上述几方面的研究结果,提出目前我国钢铁企业应
采取的定价策略,为钢铁企业提供一些有益的启迪和建议。

Abstract
Iron ore is the most basic raw material for the world-wide steel Industry. China had already
become the largest country of iron ore import since the year 2003. However, China is in a
passive position in the pricing mechanism of the international trade of Iron ore which affect
much on the Chinese Ironsteel industry even the development of the our national
economy.This thesis will firstly recall the development of Chinese ironsteel industry of
these years,secondly analyze the trend of future development of the ironSteel based on the
study on supply and the demand of iron ore; thirdly study the potential affect on the Chinese
ironSteel industry caused by different pricing mechanism and Finally, based on the study
result above,bring forward the suggestions on the choosing of different pricing mechanism to
the Chinese IronSteel mills.
