本文从四个方面对河南建业地产公司员工关系管理问题进行了分析和论证。
首先,通过归纳国内外学者对员工关系管理研究的成果,介绍了员工关系管
理理论,厘清了员工关系管理的涵义、内容、目的、途径和理论基础。
其次,结合国内房地产业经营特征,分析了河南建业地产公司开展员工关系
管理的背景与现状。
再次,联系员工关系管理理论,对河南建业地产公司员工关系管理各个环节
存在的问题进行了分析,找出了制约该公司管理有效性的原因。
最后,提出了构建该公司合作型员工关系管理体系的三点建议:树立“以人
为本”的人力资源管理理念,为构建合作型员工关系管理体系清除思想障碍;构
建以完善的组织体系和全面的激励机制为核心的合作型员工关系管理体系;塑造
以共享价值观为导向的创新型企业文化。

ABSTRACT
In the knowledge-orientated economy era, there has arisen an increasing
competition among our national real estate market which is accompanied by a fierce
talented employees one, and accordingly, a harmonious relation among employees come
to be the key for an enterprise to keep its employees from job-hopping. At present,
many real estate enterprises have began the administration of employee relations, but
have failed to form an integral system out of shortage of further implementation.
Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance the enterprise administrative quality by
combining the theory of employee relations administration and our national real estate
enterprise, and to construct and perfect a cooperative employee relations administrative
system.
The present paper analyzes and probes into the issue about employee relations
administration by taking Henan Construction Real Estate Company as a sample from
the following four aspects:
Firstly, based on the researches on the issue by the scholars both home and abroad,
the paper introduces the theory of employee relations administration and gives a clear
presentation of its connotation, content, purpose, approaches and theoretical basis.
Then, in the light of the administrative features of our national real estate enterprise,
the paper analyzes the background and present situation of the employee relations
administration in Henan Construction Real Estate Company.
In addition, the paper examines all the problems existing in each tache of the
employee relations administration in Henan Construction Real Estate Company by
relating the theory of employee relations administration, and finds out the causes that
keeps back the administrative efficiency in the company.
The paper concludes with three pieces of suggestion to the construction of a
cooperative system for the company: cultivating the “talent-orientated” administrative
concept of Human resources so as to clear the ideological obstacles in the process of the
construction of the system; setting up an cooperative employee relations administrative
system focused on a perfectorganizationalsystem and overallprompting
mechanism ; shaping innovative enterprise culture orientated by communion value.
