摘要
本文以理论与实践相结合,全面、深入地探析了哈尔滨东安锻铸厂自身
的优势、不足、机遇和挑战,以及我国汽车零部件工业企业的发展走势,并
在借鉴了国内外企业战略管理经验的基础上,以东安锻铸厂为实例,开展了
发展战略研究工作。本论文深入分析了东安锻铸厂的组织机构、人力资源、
资产设备以及经营状况,摸准了所研究企业的企业实力,并对东安锻铸厂自
身能力进行了客观评估,同时对东安锻铸厂所处的环境及竞争对手进行了客
观分析,找准了企业发展定位,并在此基础上制定了东安锻铸厂新时期发展
的主导战略目标及保障战略目标,同时制定了保障实现战略目标的策略。通
过对作为中国汽车零部件工业企业一个缩影的东安锻铸厂未来发展战略,可
对同条件下中国汽车零部件工业企业的发展提供有益的思考。
