本论文首先简要介绍论文的研究背景目的和研究意义、国内外激励机制研究
现状、研究方法和思路及本论文的主要内容与框架。其次,对激励机制基本理论、
相关概念进行了综述。接下来本论文运用相关激励理论,充分分析对Y邮电规划
设计院有限公司员工进行问卷调查的结果,理论结合实际,寻找到该公司在激励
机制上存在的一系列问题。最后,本论文对Y邮电规划设计院研究出相应的改进
对策。

ABSTRACT
Y Planning and Design Institute which was founded in 1953,is a subsidiary of
Yunnan Provincial Communication Industry Service Co., Ltd. Along with changes of
the communication industry market, the trend of localization communication design
service becomes more and more obvious. For facing the competition and challenge of
this market, how to design a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism system
has become the most important problem that is lying before human resources
development and management of telecom design industry. For solving this problem, this
paper has done a research about the incentive mechanism of Y Planning and Design
Institute.
In this paper, First the research background, purpose, the recent situation of the
study of incentive mechanism at home and abroad, the research method, and the main
content and framework of this paper have been introduced briefly; Secondly this paper
has reviewed the basic theory of incentive mechanism and related concepts. Then it has
used the incentive theory to analyse the results of the questionnaire investigation which
has been done by Y Planning and Design Institute's staffs fully and has found out a
series problems which existed in the incentive mechanism of this company. Finally, this
thesis has given the corresponding improvement measures to Y Planning and Design
Institute on the incentive mechanism.
