本论文以项目管理知识体系为理论基础,运用进度管理的知识和工作分解机构的方
法,对ABB公司发动机生产线项目工序进行分解和编码,估算出项目的活动工期,编制了
网络计划,继而找出关键路径,在此技术上编制出了项目进度计划。为了保证项目计划符
合工期要求,对进度计划进行了优化。
在制定了项目进度计划后,为保证工作可以按照计划进行,在项目的进行过程中对项
目进度计划进行追踪和控制,找出影响计划实施的因素,并且对进度计划进行了调整。通
过运用项目进度管理技术,保证了发动机生产线项目的按时完成。

ABSTRACT
Along with China's automotive industry development, more and more enterprises
introduce engine automatic production line. Engine production line project schedule management
is rather complicated. There will be many uncertain factors in the planning stages also with a
variety of factors in the implementation process. To realize the effective management project
schedule management is the key to success.
In the theoretical basis of project management system, this paper decomposed and coded
engine production line project of ABB company, so as to estimate project cycle time, to work out
newwork plan, to find out the critical path, and to set out project schedule, by the method of
progress management and work breakdown. In order to achive the activity requirement on project
plan, the schedule needs to be optimized.
After scheduled project plan, it is necessary to track and control the progress, to find out the
factor which influenced the implementation, and make adjustment accordingly, so as to complete
the task as planned. Automatic production line project was finished in time by the utilization of
schedule management technology.
