本文在进行了充足的航空业内薪酬实践及调研的基础上,充分研究了相关薪
酬管理理论,借鉴运用薪酬体系设计的关键技术和主要环节,分别从外部竞争力、
内部公平性、系统性、激励作用等方面,分析了 SD航空公司的背景与飞行员薪酬
体系现状,找出目前SD航空公司飞行员薪酬体系中存在的问题,并提出改进建议
以提升SD公司竞争力。通过分析飞行员岗位分析,进行航线价值评估,通过综合
考虑多个因素区分飞行员在飞行过程中的价值差异,提高内部公平性。
最后,通过多种宣传渠道进行宣贯,提出了有效的实施保障方案,以为确保
本方案的顺利实施。

ABSTRACT
Reward management, as a basic mean to achieve rational development and
configuration of human resource management, plays an increasingly important role.
Enterprises' fast and sustainable development need the study and improvement of the
reward management to further improve external competitiveness and internal equity.
Basing on reward management theory and aviation industry reward practice,this
paper gives a comprehensive investigation. According to key reward systematic
elements and technologies, this paper analyzes SD Airlines' background and pilots'
reward status, finds out current problems and gives suggestions from the aspects of
external competitiveness and internal equity, systematic,incentives, etc. , to enhance
competitiveness. By analyzing the pilot's job, evaluating the route,identifying a number
of factors during the flight, improve internal equity.
Finally, through various publicity channels,propose the effective programs to
ensure that the program can smoothly implement.
