摘 要
在现代的经营环境中,技术飞速发展,市场竞争日益加剧,质量管理作为企业经营
最有力的保障,在现代企业经营管理中占据的核心地位日益凸显,尤其是在以生产过程
为基础的商品混凝土欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,质量管理更是重中之重,而持续改进则是质量管理工作中最
重要的原则之一,是企业在竞争中生存和发展的关键。HT混凝土公司成立于上世纪90
年代,伴随着我国大规模的城市建设和建筑业的快速发展,得以迅速成长。近年来,企
业原有的质量管理方式已不能适应当前激烈的市场竞争环境和公司的发展需求,如何对
公司现有的质量管理进行改革,成为了企业可持续发展的迫切需要。

本文介绍HT混凝土公司发展历程,对公司质量管理现状、质量管理关键环节进片亍
了阐述,提出了在质量管理中存在的问题,并利用4M1E分析法从人、机、料、法、环
五个方面分析了问题产生的原因,针对成因基于PDCA质量管理模型对HT混凝土公司
质量管理的持续改进提出原则、方法及具体措施,最后,本文从加强HT混凝土公司整
章建制、领导先行、全员参与企业质量管理等方面,为保障HT混凝土公司质量管理持
续改进提出了相应的对策和建议。本文也对同类型混凝土公司质量管理持续改进提供借
鉴。

Abstract
In the modern business environment,with rapid technology development and
ever-increasing market competition, as the most powerful guarantee for enterprise's operation,
the core position of quality management in modern enterprise operation and management is
becoming more and more obvious, especially in commercial concrete industry which takes
the production process as basis, quality management is the most important part. Continuous
improvement is one of the most important principles in quality management, which is the key
of enterprise's survival and development. HT Concrete Company was established in 1990's.
It grows large with the rapid development of large-scale urban construction and architecture
industry. In recent years, the original quality management method cannot meet the
requirements of current severe market competition and enterprise development. How to
reform the current quality management of the company is the crying need of the enterprise's
sustainable development.
This article introduces the development history of HT Concrete Company, elaborates the
current status of company quality management and the key link of quality management,
brings out the existing problems in quality management, and makes use of 4M1E analysis
method to analyze reasons and causes of problems in aspects of person, machine, material,
law and link. The article has brought out improvement principles, improvement methods and
detailed measures for the continuous improvement of quality management of HT Concrete
Company based on PDCA quality management model aiming at the causes. Finally, from an
entire chapter to enhance HT concrete company formed to lead first, full participation in
quality management of HT Concrete Company from aspects of financial management,
encouragement system, enterprise culture establishment and so on. The article also provides
references for the continuous improvement of quality management of other similar concrete
companies.
