摘 要
信息产业迅猛发展、全球经济和市场一体化速度加快以及高新技术广泛应用
的经济环境，使得知识在企业经营业绩和发展方面的贡献大幅度上升。自进入知
识经济时代，知识成为企业最重要的战略性资源。以知识资源为基础的竞争是知
识经济时代企业进行竞争的重要特征，持续地获取和整合知识是企业提高技术创
新能力和核心竞争力的重要基础，是企业创造价值的最大推动力。

企业的创新过程基于自身的知识基础，同时从外部知识流中吸收有用的知识，
由此，吸收能力对创新绩效起重要的作用。知识整合是企业在内部知识基础上吸
收外部知识并进行整合的过程，在这个过程中，吸收能力与知识整合之间到底有
什么样的机理。本文简要介绍了技术创新、核心能力、知识管理等理论，系统回
顾了吸收能力和知识整合方面的研究成果。结合吸收能力，对知识整合机理进行
分析，揭示知识整合规律，借鉴篇章阅读的风景原理构建联盟企业知识整合的风
景模型，提出企业知识整合特征以及联盟企业的知识整合协同效应。

最后以 TD-SCDMA 联盟企业为样本进行实证研究，验证联盟企业知识整合
风景模型和波动规律，以及联盟企业的知识整合的路径依赖性、跨边界性、超循
环性等特征和协同效应。从而得出知识整合水平随着吸收能力的增强呈现上下波
动的规律，以及知识整合具有协同效应。通过对联盟企业知识整合的理论分析和
现实情况分析，为联盟企业知识整合和现实联盟企业解决所存问题提供理论依据。

探索提高企业知识创新与管理效率的新方法、新途径，对提高企业知识整合效率、
促进联盟的技术创新和探索国家创新系统建设途径具有重要的理论与实践意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information industry, and the acceleration of
global economic and market integration, and the economy conditions of extensive
application of high-tech. The knowledge contributes significantly to the business
performance and development. Since the coming of the era of knowledge economy,
knowledge has become the most important strategic resource. Knowledge re-
source-based competition is the important feature of enterprises competition in the era
of knowledge economy. Continued access and integration of knowledge is the impor-
tant foundation of improving technological innovation capability and core competi-
tiveness. is the biggest impetus of value creation.
Enterprises’ innovation process is based on its knowledge base, and enterprises
absorb the useful knowledge from the external knowledge flows, thus, the absorptive
capacity plays an important role in innovation performance. Knowledge integration is
a process that is based on the internal knowledge, and absorbs the external knowledge
and integrates internal and external knowledge, what is the mechanism between ab-
sorptive capacity and knowledge integration in this process？This paper briefly in-
troduces the theory of technological innovation, core competencies, knowledge man-
agement, makes a systematic review of the absorption capacity and knowledge inte-
gration. The paper reveals the mechanism and laws of knowledge integration based on
the absorptive capacity, and in reference to the text reading landscape model to build a
landscape model of the alliance enterprise knowledge integration and knowledge in-
tegration characteristics, and present the synergies of alliance enterprise knowledge
integration.
Finally, we make the empirical research of TD-SCDMA Alliance to verify the
landscape model of enterprise knowledge integration and the law of fluctuation, and
the synergy effect and the characteristics of knowledge integration ,including the path
dependence, cross-border, hypercycle. The results show that with the enhancement of
absorptive capacity, the level of knowledge integration can fluctuate, and show the
synergies of alliance enterprise knowledge integration.The theoretical analysis and
practical analysis of alliance enterprises knowledge integration can provide a theo-
retical basis for enterprises knowledge integration and for solving real problems. Ex-
ploring new methods and new ways to improve enterprise knowledge innovation and
management efficiency plays a important role in improving the efficiency of knowl-
edge integration, and promoting technological innovation of alliance and exploring
the approach of the construction of national innovation system.
