本项研究立足于高职院校酒店管理专业师资培养的实际情况,具有很强的针对
性。同时该类课题在此领域的专门研究也非常有限,在山东省高职院校中研究极
少,在国内也是为数不多的,能填补该领域的一些空白,达到高职酒店管理专业发
展、师资提升的保障性双赢的目的。

Abstract
In recent years, the hotel industry develops vigorously, international hotels join into
the domestic market in succession, the number of hotel management colleges grows up
rapidly. The development form has transformed from increasing the number into
intension development with the improvement of the higher vocational education .
It is a problem needs to be resolved, that we should have a double capability trainer
team with high quality, strong production capacity, various skills, structural stability and
outstanding characteristic. Systematic training of double capability trainer is the core
point for ascending the quality of students, it concerns about the teachers’ career planning
and professional ascension with the rapid development of the hotel management. It also
provides intellectual support and human security for hotel and tourism industry.
Based on the above considerations, the author analyzes the problems of double
capability trainer of hotel management specialty in the higher vocational colleges.
According to the actual situation , The systematic research of higher vocational college
hotel management specialized combined withdouble-quality teacherstraining system.
This study based on the higher vocational colleges hotel management professional
teacher training the actual situation, has the very strong targeted. At the same time this
subject in the field of specialized study also is very limited, in the Shandong province in
higher vocational colleges research is few, in domestic is also a few, can fill some of this
field blank, achieve higher vocational hotel management professional development, the
teachers promotion support the win-win purpose.
