摘 要
本文首先对国外中枢机场的发展经历进行了研究,总结出中枢机场形成的基本条
件,并以此作为 A 机场中枢建设的标杆。紧接着,以 A 机场作为研究对象,运用 SWOT
分析法,对 A 机场中枢建设的外部环境和内部环境进行分析,总结出 A 机场中枢建设
的机会是:国内、国际客源充足;腹地经济良好,人均可支配收入较高;腹地旅游资源
和旅游市场广阔;政府加大支持力度,有利于发展更多国际航线。威胁是:区域内机场
竞争比较激烈;国际航线严重不足,市场占有率较低;航空收费较贵,不利于市场开拓;
短途航线受高铁等其他运输方式的影响。优势是:最大基地航空公司的实力雄厚;A 机
场国内航线比较丰富、市场占有率较高;服务水平较高;具有品牌优势。劣势是:现有
硬件设施正在逐步成为业务发展瓶颈;部分运行环节效能低下;中转竞争力不强。最后,
根据 A 机场与标杆中枢机场的差距,从一个旅客的角度提出 A 机场在建设中枢机场过
程中面临的困难和需要解决的问题,并制定出 A 机场中枢竞争战略的实施的三个策略:
提升公司内部运营的策略;提升航线竞争力的策略;提升被旅客选择几率的策略。

该文提出的实施方案以 A 机场实际情况为基础,结合中枢机场理论对 A 机场中枢
竞争战略实施进行了较完整的阐述,希望为 A 机场中枢发展规划、制定中枢策略提供
参考。

Abstract
Firstly,the paper made a close study on the development experiences of the foreign hub
airports, summed up the basic conditions of hub airport, and as a benchmark for the
construction of hub airport. Next, the object of study in the paper is A Airport. By analyzing
the external factors and internal factors of A airport in the construction of hub airport by
SWOT model, summed up the opportunities for A airport: domestic and international tourists
sufficient; the per capita disposable income is higher in hinterland; the tourism resources and
tourism market are broad in hinterland; the government intensify support to develop more
international flight routes. The threats are: the competition is more intense; the international
routes is a serious shortage and low market share; aeronautical charges is more expensive,
which is not conducive to develop market; short-haul routes are affected by the high-speed
railway and other modes of transport. The advantages are: the largest base airlines is powerful;
the domestic flights of A Airport is abundant and higher market share; higher level of service;
the brand is better. The disadvantages are: the existing hardware facilities is gradually
becoming a bottleneck for business development; a part of operating aspects of performance
is low; the competitive is not good for transit. Finally, according to the gap between A
Airport and benchmarking hub airport, from a tourist point of view, proposed difficulties and
problems to be solved for the construction of hub airport, and developed three strategies for A
airport to be a hub: the strategy of enhance company's internal operations; the strategy of
enhance the flight route competitiveness; the strategy of enhance the probability of travelers
to choose.
This paper presents the implementation of the program based on the actual situation of A
airport, combined with the theory of the hub airport. It described completely the
implementation plan of hub competitive strategy for A Airport. I hope the investigation could
be a reference for A airport to make hub progress and strategy.
