摘要
分析企业内在环境是企业成功走向海外的首要条件，而企业核心文化、战略
管理、内部基础资源是企业内部环境中影响海外项目投资的关键因素。本文通过
对这三个因素的详细分析，并结合电力工程企业的特点，提出了这些因素在企业
“走出去”时分别需要达到的目标及其实现路径。结合理论基础，以实例进行了
分析说明。因此，企业要成功实现“走出去”的战略，首先要审视自己，重点分析
这三个因素是否能够满足企业进行海外项目投资。这对我国电力企业在海外进行
项目投资具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
