更应该从自身去寻求解答之道。 一 绩效管理便是企业迎接挑战的个应对之策。与传统企业的绩效管理不同，互联网 企业的绩效管理更为注重效率，而互联网企业卓越的信息化能力也为效率的提升提供了 潜在技术支持。而今，绩效管理在互联网企业中己上升为战略地位，成为推动企业长期 “” 稳定发展的关键推动力，因此承担绩效管理之责的领导者需发挥其顶层设计之责， 正确认识绩效管理的积极影响，借助科学先进的绩效管理模式，促进企业实现更高水平 的发展。 本文以RT科技公司运营部门为研究对象，立足于RT科技公司运营部门绩效管理活 动开展过程中的实际问题，根据己有成熟研宄成果的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司绩效管理理论，在针对有效提 高RT科技公司运营部门的绩效管理水平、保障绩效管理方案的顺利落地并切实起到应 。 有的效果、促进公司目标顺利达成等方面，进行全面探讨和深入研宄 本文以RT科技公司战略为导向，以国内外互联网欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司绩效管理文献和理论为依据， 、 灵活运用战略地图、平齒计分卡、目标管理法关键绩效指标等落地工具，从组织视角 出发，将企业战略层层解码，实现组织绩效到部门绩效再到岗位绩效的有效分解，实现 一 RT 公司战略与个人行动的有效统，对科技公司的战略实现以及员工积极性的提升具
