HS银行理财经理绩效考核体系优化研究
摘要
随着国内经济的快速发展,金融市场的不断开放,尤其是利率市场化和金融
脱媒的加速,使得银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司市场竞争逐步加剧,成为各银行所要面临的常态。很多
银行逐渐认识到了创新产品和服务的重要作用,并且尝试着向产品创新和客户服
务的方向发展,从而向市场投入了理财业务,希望通过产品创新和提高服务质量,
在市场竞争中能够占据明显优势。而理财经理作为衔接客户与金融机构之间的纽
带,在商业银行的人力资源配置中扮演着重要的角色。因此,通过绩效考核体系
激发理财经理的工作热情和积极性,实现银行可持续发展,已经成为各大银行的
重中之重。
本文首先对国内外研究成果进行总结,并梳理出研究内容和方法,介绍相关
概念,总结绩效考核方法;其次,结合 HS基本情况,分析银行理财经理绩效考
核体系现状,并通过问卷调查和访谈分析理财经理绩效考核体系满意度情况,进
而总结 HS银行理财经理绩效考核体系存在的问题和原因;再次,根据绩效考核
体系优化原则和目标,从绩效考核体系流程优化、方法的选择、指标及权重确定、
体系主体及周期、沟通及结果应用等方面提出理财经理绩效考核体系优化方案;
最后,为了确保 HS银行公司理财经理绩效考核体系优化设计方案能够得到有效
落实,本文从制度方面、组织方面等角度出发制定了保障方案。
本文首先通过相关方法应用于商业银行理财经理绩效考核过程,可以激发
HS银行理财经理的创造性和积极性,帮助 HS银行提升其人力资源管理水平,
为 HS银行创造更多的价值;最后,能够为类似银行等实施理财经理绩效考核体
系提供依据。

HS银行理财经理绩效考核体系优化研究
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the continuous
opening ofthefinancial market,especially theacceleration ofinterest rate
liberalization and financial disintermediation, the competition in the banking market
has gradually intensified, which has become a normal situation faced by all banks.
Many banks gradually realize the important role of innovative products and services,
and try to develop in the direction of product innovation and customer service, so as
to invest in financial services in the market, hoping to occupy obvious advantages in
the market competition through product innovation and improving service quality. As
the link between customers and financial institutions, financial managers play an
important role in the allocation of human resources in commercial banks. Therefore, it
has become the top priority of major banks to stimulate the work enthusiasm and
enthusiasm of financial managers through the performance appraisal system and
realize the sustainable development of banks.
Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results at home and abroad, sorts out
the research content and methods, introduces relevant concepts, and summarizes the
performance appraisal methods. Secondly, based on the basic situation of HS, this
paper analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system of financial
managers in banks, and analyzes the satisfaction of the performance appraisal system
of financial managers through questionnaires and interviews, and then summarizes the
problems and causes of the performance appraisal system of financial managers in HS
banks. Thirdly, according to the principles and objectives of performance appraisal
system optimization, the optimization scheme of performance appraisal system for
financial managers is proposed from the aspects of process optimization, method
selection, index and weight determination, system body and cycle, communication
and result application. Finally, in order to ensure that HS Bank's financial manager
performance appraisalsystemoptimization designscheme canbe effectively
implemented, this paper from the institutional aspects, organizational aspects and
other aspects of the development of a guarantee scheme.
Firstly, this paper applies relevant methods to the performance appraisal process
of financial managers of commercial banks, which can stimulate the creativity and
enthusiasm of financial managers of HS bank, help HS bank to improve its human
resource management level, and create more value for HS bank. Finally, it can
