公司要想在发展浪潮中把握机遇,优秀人才发挥着举足轻重的作用。场站经理是
新能源发电场站的管理者,也是公司战略执行者,他们的能力素质直接决定发电
企业经营效益。随着企业不断发展壮大,场站经理尤其是新选拔任用的场站经理
能力素质凸显不足,能力素质不均衡,一定程度上制约着企业进一步发展。
本文以S公司场站经理为研究对象,针对该公司培训体系现状,通过问卷调
查和访谈的方法,分析该公司场站经理培训体系现状存在的问题,并剖析成因;
然后,从培训体系制度、运营和资源三个层面进行优化设计,并提出保障措施。
希望本文的研究能对其他省份公司和其他发电企业场站经理培训体系研究
提供参考和借鉴。

RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF STATION
MANAGER TRAINING SYSTEM IN S COMPANY
Abstract
Talents are the primary resources of enterprises, and training is the most direct and effective
way for enterprises to acquire talents. If S company wants to seize the opportunity in the
development tide, excellent talents play a decisive role. The station manager is the manager of the
new energy power station and also the executor of the company's strategy. Their ability and
quality directly determine the operation benefit of the power generation enterprise. With the
continuous development and expansion of the enterprise, the ability and quality of the station
managers, especially the newly selected and appointed station managers, are insufficient and
unbalanced, which restricts the further development of the enterprise to a certain extent.
This paper takes the station manager of S Company as the research object. Aiming at the
current situation of the company's training system, through questionnaire survey and interview,
this paper analyzes the existing problems of the company's station manager training system and
analyzes the causes. Then, optimize the design from the three aspects of training system, operation
and resources, and put forward the safeguard measures.
It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for other provinces company
and other power generation enterprises to study the training system of station managers.
