随着工业 4.0时代的发展,全球出现了以物联网、云计算、大数据、移动
互联网为代表的技术创新浪潮,这些技术正逐步改变着制造业的运作方式。党
中央在中央经济会议和两会等重要会议上多次强调智能化制造转型的重要性。
中国光伏作为中国制造的名片,近年来发展迅速,它也是我国掌握全产业链核
心技术和成本优势的产业之一。A公司在光伏欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司中各项运营指标处于领先水
平,但与成熟欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的智能制造发展水平仍然有较大差距,为满足中国制造业高
质量发展,如何在现有智能制造基础上推动 A公司生产流程优化,稳定提升A
公司整体运营水平,是光伏产业在发展过程中亟待解决的重点和难点,其研究
具有一定的理论价值和重要实践意义。
本文以 A公司生产流程优化为研究对象,采用文献分析法梳理了国内外生
产流程相关理论,并在此基础上采用实地调研法和经验总结法针对A公司在人、
机、料方面存在的问题进行了详细的原因分析,制定对策并建立完善了保障措
施。本文在结构上共分为六章,其中:第一章是导论,阐述了研究的背景及意
义;第二章是相关概念与理论概述,对智能制造的概念,特点,理论基础进行
了说明,同时对生产流程的优化有哪些要求进行了阐述;第三章是 A公司生产
流程现况分析,提出了存在的问题;第四章是基于智能制造的 A公司生产流程
优化解决方案;第五章是 A公司生产流程优化方案实施保障措施;第六章是结
论与展望。
通过案例研究发现 A公司存在人效提升缺少数字化工具支撑、过程质量监
测精度和效率不足、物流自动化缺乏系统规划实施、柔性交付能力不足等问题。
从问题出发,基于智能制造技术作者在人机配合、自动化检测、自动化物流、
柔性制造等四个方面分别提出了解决方案并应用于现场实践,其包括:首先通
过虚拟仿真技术、信息化系统集成、APP智能应用开发、大数据分析技术与精
益生产人员管理理念结合,提高了内部客户感知和业务效率提升;其次通过 AI
人工智能技术与精益质量管理理论融合应用,实现了对产品全制程监控,降低
了现场质量人员工作负荷;第三通过精益生产物流理论结合信息化化系统、物
联网技术实现人车料的高度协同;第四通过线平衡、节拍控制等精益生产理论

与数字孪生技术融合应用实现产线柔性制造;最后从装备能力、技术创新、预
算管理、组织能力、企业文化五个方面完善了 A公司生产流程优化的保障措施。
制造大国向制造强国转变任重道远,A公司通过不断实践,摸索出了一套
智能化升级,生产流程优化的理论与方法,收到了良好的经济效益及社会效益,

With the development of Industry 4.0 era, there has been a global wave of
technological innovation represented by the Internet of things, cloud computing, big
data and mobile Internet. These technologies are gradually changing the operation
mode of manufacturing industry. The CPC Central Committee has repeatedly
stressed the importance of intelligent manufacturing transformation at important
meetings such as the Central Economic Conference and the two sessions. As the
name card of Chinese manufacturing, Chinese photovoltaic has developed rapidly in
recent years. It is also one of the industries that master the core technology and cost
advantages of the whole industrial chain in China. A company operating indicators
in the photovoltaic industry in A leading level, but the level of the intelligent manu-
facturing development and mature industry, there is still A big gap to meet China's
manufacturing high quality development, how to push on the basis of the existing
intelligent manufacturing company A production process optimization, enhance the
level of A company's overall operating and stable photovoltaic industry is important
and difficult to be solved in the process of development, Its research has certain the-
oretical value and important practical significance.
Based on A company's production process optimization as the research object,
using literature analysis, combing the domestic and foreign production process re-
