Abstractthis field, and points out that there are a series of defects in the company's asset managementbusiness,such as risk structure defects, risk information construction lagging behind, riskmanagement technology to be improved and risk management talents lacking. Furthermore,using the research paradigm of risk management, based on the risk identification of assetmanagement business of RWBN Futures, operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk andcompliance risk were assessed. Then, based on the internal advantage and disadvantage ofbusiness risk management of and the external opportunities and threats faced by RWBN Futures,this paper establishes the strategic matrix by the SWOT method. Based on detailed analysis ofall kinds of strategic, the WO strategy is chosen which is most accord with RWBN Futures, asstrategic to enhance the level of risk management of asset management business of RWBNFutures. Then, this paper put forward specific implementations of risk management strategies,improving the risk management of RWBN futures company asset management business.
