摘 要
当前,以海尔为代表的平台数字企业打破原有组织边界开放平台,多主体间
的资源、机会、能力进一步整合,进行多层次的共生互动,从而形成平台数字创
业生态系统,不仅可以帮助参与主体有效应对创业活动的高风险和动态环境的不
确定、提高平台数字企业的持续创新能力,而且可以扩展系统的价值创造来源,
推动创新创业活动的纵深发展,因此,平台数字创业生态系统中多主体如何实现
价值共创已成为现阶段的关注热点。
现有研究指出价值已经由生产者单方面创造转变为多方行动者共同创造,能
够有效调动参与主体的积极性,但针对平台数字创业生态系统中参与主体价值共
创的实现路径、价值共创的具体内容以及价值共创的机理缺乏理论探讨。本文在
对相关理论进行阐述的基础上,以海尔为研究对象进行纵向单案例分析,通过细
化剖析海尔平台数字创业生态系统中多主体的互动,提炼出平台数字创业生态系
统价值共创机理模型。研究发现,平台数字创业生态系统价值共创经历了孕育期、
发展期和成熟期三个阶段,多主体在孕育期沿着“资源拼凑—机会开发—主导型
共生”的路径实现交换价值共创;在发展期沿着“资源整合—机会集创建—引领
型共生”的路径实现网络价值共创;在成熟期沿着“资源协奏—机会集拓展—嵌
入型共生”的路径实现生态价值共创。本文将资源行动、机会集开发、共生作为
平台数字创业生态系统价值共创实现的关键因素,剖析了平台数字创业生态系统
价值共创机理,揭示了平台数字创业生态系统在不同阶段价值共创的具体内容,
阐释了平台数字创业生态系统参与主体的具体互动方式,推动了价值共创理论边
界范围的拓展,促进了平台理论与数字创业生态系统理论的交叉融合,进而为平
台数字创业生态系统实现价值共创提供一定的启发和指导。

Abstract
At present, the platform digital enterprises represented by Haier break the original
organizational boundary open platform, further integrate the resources, opportunities
and capabilities between multiple subjects, and carry out multi-level symbiotic
interaction, thus forming a platform digital entrepreneurship ecosystem, which can not
only help participants effectively cope with the high risk of entrepreneurial activities
and the uncertainty of the dynamic environment, improve the continuous innovation
ability of platform digital enterprises, but also expand the source of value creation of the
system and promote the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship
activities. How to achieve value co-creation among multiple entities in the platform
digital entrepreneurship ecosystem has become a hot spot at this stage.
Existing research points out that value has been transformed from unilateral
creation by producers to co-creation by multiple actors, which can effectively mobilize
the enthusiasm of participants, but there is a lack of theoretical discussion on the
realization path of participating in the value co-creation of participants in the digital
entrepreneurship ecosystem of the platform, the specific content of value co-creation,
and the mechanism of value co-creation. Based on the elaboration of relevant theories,
this paper conducts a longitudinal single-case analysis with Haier as the research object
and extracts the value co-creation mechanism model of the digital entrepreneurship
ecosystem of the platform through the detailed analysis of the interaction of multiple
subjects in the Haier platform digital entrepreneurship ecosystem. The study found that
during the incubation period of the platform digital entrepreneurial ecosystem, various
participants followed the path of “resources bricolage-opportunity
development-dominant symbiosis” to achieve exchange value co-creation; during the
development period, various participants followed the “resource integration-opportunity
set development-leading symbiosis” realizes the co-creation of network value; in the
mature stage, various participants follow the path of “resource
orchestration—opportunity set expansion—embedded symbiosis” to realize the
co-creation of ecological value. The dynamic interaction of resource-focused action,
opportunity set development, and symbiosis promotes the evolution of the platform;s
digital entrepreneurial ecosystem value co-creation. This paper takes resource-focused
action, opportunity set development, and symbiosis as the key factors for the realization
of value co-creation in the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem of the platform, analyzes
