社会企业,作为一种全新的现代社会治理的载体,在我国逐渐兴起,有越来
越多的企业在向社会企业方向发展。在具体的社会实践中,非营利组织在发展过
程中往往会面临许多阻碍,包括对国家政策的依赖性过强、无法独立获取外部资
源、对社会竞争的反应速度过慢等问题,因此他们正在积极主动的探索转型发展
的道路,在向社会企业方向转变。除此之外,一般商业企业在社会企业责任的推
动下,对经济效益的追求不再是企业发展的唯一目标,在商业运作中越来越注重
企业对社会责任的承担,关注企业的社会影响力和社会效益,不断追求商业模式
上的创新。社会企业若想在竞争激烈的社会竞争中立于不败之地,谋求长远发
展,就必须要认识到商业模式对企业发展所起的重要作用。
本文以对社会企业的商业模式进行探索为研究的主题,并运用了案例分析
法,选取了典型个案 HQS社会企业进行分析,通过访谈、直接参与等形式,探
究该案例商业模式的构建和持续发展的要素。运用 Hamel所提出的商业模式框
架,深入分析了 HQS企业的商业模式在顾客界面、核心战略、战略资源和价值
网络等界面中各要素的特点与联系。再选取国内外知名社会企业和类社会企业对
其商业模式结构进行分析,横向对比,最终提出了以 HQS企业为例的社会企业
在经营过程中其商业模式的优化与创新路径。
本文从 HQS社会企业的具体实践出发,围绕商业模式构建与创新的实际问
题进行探究,提炼出了 HQS以社会企业实现商业模式可持续发展的主要亮点与
不足,并提出了对策建议。因此,本文对于社会企业商业模式的优化具有一定的
参考借鉴意义。

As a career of innovative modern social governance, social enterprises are
gradually emerging in our country, and more and more enterprises are developing in
the direction of social enterprises. In specific social practice, non-profit organizations
often encounter various obstacles in the process of development, such as too strong
dependence on national policies, unable to independently obtain external resources,
too slow response to social competition and so on. They are actively seeking the path
of transformation and development and changing to the direction of social
enterprises.In addition, driven by social corporate responsibility, general commercial
enterprises no longer take the pursuit of economic benefits as the only goal of
enterprise development, but constantly pursue business model innovation in business
operation, pay more attention to the social influence and social benefits of enter.If
social enterprises want to remain invincible in the fierce social competition , they must
recognize the important role of business model in enterprise development.
The purpose of this research is to investigate commercial models of social
enterprises, adopts the case analysis method, and selects a typical case HQS social
enterprise for analysis. Through interviews, direct participation and other forms,
explore the driving force of the construction and sustainable development of the
business model of the case. Using the business model framework proposed by Hamel,
this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and relationships of the social model of
HQS enterprise in the elements of customer interface, core strategy, strategic resources
and value network. Then select well-known social enterprises and similar social
enterprises at home and abroad to analyze the structure of their business model. Finally,
it puts forward the optimization and innovation path of business model of social
enterprises taking HQS enterprises as an example.
Starting from the specific practice of HQS social enterprises, this paper explores
the practical problems of business model construction and innovation. This paper
abstracts the main highlights and shortcomings of HQS to realize the sustainable
development of business model with social enterprises, and puts forward
countermeasures and suggestions. Therefore, this paper has a certain reference
significance for the optimization of social enterprise business model.
