ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Three years have passed and my postgraduate studies at Guangdong University of
Foreign Studies are coming to an end. Looking back, I am sad and nostalgic to part
with my teachers and classmates, and I miss every busy and fulfilling weekend.
During my three years of intense study at GDUFS, I have not only learned a lot about
management, but also about being a person, doing things and academic knowledge. I
am glad to have the opportunity to study and improve again. I am glad that I chose
GDUFS and thankful that it chose me.
I would like to particularly thank my tutor, Professor Xinggui Zhang , for patiently
guiding me through the whole process of thesis writing, answering my questions
professionally and meticulously in the midst of his busy schedule, and giving me
timely and invaluable advice on all aspects of my thesis, from topic selection, textual
framework, problem analysis, etc. I am grateful for Professor Zhang's inculcation,
which has benefited me greatly.
I would like to thank all the teachers who have taught me, who have taught me with
great care and rigour, and who have enabled me to apply the theories I have learnt to
solve real-life problems and improve my management skills.
I would also like to thank the good friends and classmates I met during my studies, we
encouraged and supported each other, and spent a good time together to have fun and
progress together.
Finally, I would like to thank my parents for creating a harmonious and loving family
environment, for being my strongest support and for making me feel the warmest,
most sincere and selfless care.
I am grateful for my efforts over the past three years, balancing a busy work schedule
with the completion of my postgraduate studies. In the future, I will study and work
harder to become a better me.
