摘要
ZL银行是典型的传统商业银行,在互联网金融崛起之后,ZL银行的客户数量、营
业收入均明显下降,对 ZL银行的发展带来了极大的负面影响。在近几年的发展过程中,
ZL银行已经逐渐意识到智能化转型发展的重要性,各个网点开始逐步引进智能化设备,
开启智能化服务。然而,由于种种客观因素的影响,ZL银行网点运营管理的智能化转
型效果十分有限。鉴于此,本文以 ZL银行为例,对该银行网点运营管理的智能化转型
展开研究,具有一定代表性。
在本文研究中,主要采用了文献研究法、案例分析法、PEST分析法、SWOT分析
法展开研究。首先,介绍了本文研究的背景、目的、意义,以及国内外研究现状、研究
内容与研究方法,同时,对本文所涉及的理论基础进行了概述。其次,介绍了 ZL银行
网点的发展概况,从网点业务种类、业务办理流程以及智能设备使用情况三个方面,介
绍了 ZL银行网点传统运营模式,并利用 PEST分析法与 SWOT分析法,对 ZL银行网
点智能化运营环境展开分析,在此基础上,进一步分析 ZL银行网点运营管理智能化转
型发展存在的问题,即机构布局合理性较差、智能产品的研发速率比较落后、业务流程
过于繁琐、线上渠道缺乏合理布局。再次,ZL银行网点运营智能化转型方案,先介绍
了智能化转型目标与原则,同时建议从拓宽智能化业务办理渠道、优化智能化业务办理
流程、实现智能化功能分区、智能化网点人员作业优化、智能化风险管控平台建设等方
面开展智能化转型设计。最后,讨论 ZL银行网点运营智能化转型可能达到的效果,即
网点功能分区科学化、网点人机协同高效化、网点内外联动一体化以及网点业务拓展全
面化。同时,提出了 ZL银行网点运营智能化转型的保障措施,具体包括软硬件保障、
高素质人才培养、建立健全绩效考核制度、渠道建设协同整合。
总之,本文创新性的从互联网金融视角着手,以 ZL银行进行案例分析,结合 ZL
银行的实际情况,提出了网点智能化转型方案,一方面可以进一步丰富相关理论研究体
系,另一方面也可以为其他商业银行网点的智能化转型发展提供参考价值,进而提高银

ABSTRACT
ZL Bank is a typical traditional commercial bank. After the rise of Internet finance, the number of
customers and operating income of ZL Bank have declined significantly, which has brought great negative
impact on its development. In the development process of recent years, ZL Bank has gradually realized the
importance of intelligent transformation and development, and each branch has gradually introduced
intelligent equipment and opened intelligent service. However, due to a variety of objective factors, the
effect of intelligent transformation of ZL bank's branch operation management is very limited. In view of
this, this paper takes ZL Bank as an example to study the intelligent transformation of the bank's branch
operation management, which is representative to some extent.
In this paper, literature research method, case analysis method, PEST analysis method and SWOT
analysis method are mainly used to carry out the research. First of all, this paper introduces the background,
purpose and significance of this research, as well as the research status, research content and research
methods at home and abroad. At the same time, the theoretical basis involved in this paper is summarized.
Secondly, it introduces the general situation of the development of ZL bank branches, introduces the
traditional operation mode of ZL bank branches from the three aspects of business types, business
management processes and the use of intelligent equipment, and analyzes the intelligent operation
environment of ZL Bank branches by using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. On this basis, Further
analyze the problems existing in the intelligent transformation development of ZL bank branch operation
management, that is, the rationality of the organization layout is poor, the research and development rate of
intelligent products is relatively backward, the business process is too cumbersome, and the online channel
lacks reasonable layout. Again, ZL bank branches operating intelligent transformation design, first
introduced the intelligent transformation of the goal and principle, at the same time Suggestions from
