摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的经济发展与世界的经济发展联系越来越密
切,与此同时是我国越来越多集团企业的顺势兴起。财务部门作为企业的核心部
门之一,也随着企业的壮大而在不断完善自身体制机制。现有的许多集团企业纷
纷在海外设立分子公司,这是全球经济一体化的一个趋势,但也伴随着一些问题,
总公司无法及时对分子公司的财务进行管理和控制。针对这一问题,许多大型集
团公司开始对财务共享中心进行研发和构建,财务共享中心旨在将一些重复性、
效率低下性的会计事物集中到同一个地方处理,并达到规模效应,降低成本。目
前,世界 500强集团企业财务共享中心的普及率已达到 90%,而费用报销作为财
务报销的核心模块,在企业的财务核算中扮演着举足轻重的角色,因此如何降低
企业费用报销运营成本并提高其使用效率,是集团企业不得不考虑的问题。
ZX集团自 21世纪初期开始引入财务共享管理模式,作为我国最早引入财务
共享管理模式的集团企业之一,其财务共享中心的发展历程十分具有研究意义,
因此选择对ZX集团财务共享中心的费用报销流程进行研究对象。结合财务共享、
人工智能、OCR技术、会计引擎和 RPA技术的相关概念,运用费用报销管理理
论、智能引擎理论、财务共享模式下费用报销相关理论及特点、共享化财务管理
目标和 PDCA循环法等相关理论,在 ZX集团官方网站查找了 2015~2020年公司
年报财务数据,通过对 ZX集团财务共享中心现状、费用报销流程梳理、费用报
销现状等多方面进行研究并对该集团费用报销流程进行分析,发现该公司在费用
报销过程中费用申报、费用审批、费用结算、档案管理等费用报销流程存在问题,
通过深入剖析其存在的问题,提出完善健全 ZX集团费用报销信息系统并加强
ZX集团费用报销财务人员管理等建议。以期可以降低 ZX集团费用报销运营成
本并提高其运行效率,同时为其他想要对财务共享中心费用报销流程智能化升级
的企业提供有益借鉴。

With the rapid development of China's economy, its economic development is
more and more closely related to the world economy, and it is the rise of more and
more group enterprises. As one of the core departments of the enterprise, the financial
department is also constantly improving its own system and mechanism with the
growth of the enterprise. Many of the existing group companies have set up molecular
companies overseas, which is a trend of global economic integration, but along with
some problems, the head office is unable to manage and control the finance of
molecular companies in time. To address this problem, many large group companies
began to research and build financial sharing centres designed to focus repetitive and
inefficient accounting things in the same place, achieve scale effects and reduce costs.
At present, the penetration rate of the financial sharing center of the world top 500
group enterprises has reached 90%, and expense reimbursement, as the core module
of financial reimbursement, plays a pivotal role in the financial accounting of
enterprises. Therefore, how to reduce the operating cost of enterprise expense
reimbursement and improve its use efficiency is a problem that the group enterprises
have to consider.
ZX Group has introduced the financial sharing management mode since the early
21st century. As one of the earliest group enterprises in China to introduce the
financial sharing management mode, the development process of its financial sharing
center is of great research significance. Therefore, it chooses to study the cost
reimbursement process of ZX Group Financial Sharing Center. Combining the
relevant concepts of financial sharing, AI, OCR technology, accounting engine, and
RPA technology, Using the theory of expense reimbursement management, intelligent
engine theory, related theory and characteristics of expense reimbursement under
financial sharing mode, shared financial management objectives and PDCA cycle
method, Find 2015 ~ 2020 Company Report financial data on the official ZX Group
