摘要
随着我国产业结构的持续升级和对技术研发投入的愈加重视，集成电路设计
欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司虽然作为起步较晚的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，但近年来发展迅速。集成电路设计欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司作为资金
和技术密集型欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，在快速发展的过程中，选择正确的经营策略成为企业做大做
强的关键。从国家层面，科创板的设立和注册制的实施使得高新技术企业得到了
资本的青睐，为企业的扩张提供了资金。但在企业层面，如何在高速扩张的过程
中全面研判财务状况及可能存在的问题，进而做出针对性的调整，在企业整体战
略实施中有着重要的研究与实践意义。
在实践中，传统的财务分析侧重于对财务报表数据的关注和研究，更多从财
务视角分析公司财务状况，对背后形成财务数据的内外部环境、战略、经营等影
响的研究相对不足，也带来财务问题分析的局限性。本文结合 A公司的战略发
展方向，运用哈佛分析框架，从战略分析、会计分析、财务分析和前景分析四个
维度，对 A公司外部的宏观环境、欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司状况以及内部的会计质量、财务比率和发
展前景进行了较为全面的分析，除关注财务管理中涉及到的一些问题之外，进一
步在企业整体发展背景下探究了财务数据背后可能存在的问题及成因，最终结合
企业战略、发展环境等各种因素，提出有针对性的建议。
本文希望通过将 A公司可能存在的财务问题置于哈佛分析框架下展开分析，
除关注财务管理本身之外，将财务问题与公司经营与发展问题紧密结合，对 A公
司面临的财务问题进行较为全面的分析，最终指出可能面临的问题，并给出相应
建议。同时期望能为同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司公司发展提供参考。

With the continuous upgrading of China's industrial structure and the increasing
emphasis on technology R & D investment, the IC design industry, as a late start
industry, has developed rapidly in recent years. IC design industry as a capital and
technology intensive industry, in the process of rapid development, choosing the right
business strategy has become the key for enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
From the national level, the establishment of the science and technology innovation
board and the implementation of the registration system make the high-tech enterprises
get the favor of capital and provide funds for the expansion of enterprises. But at the
enterprise level, how to comprehensively study and judge the financial situation and
possible problems in the process of high-speed expansion, and then make targeted
adjustments, has important research and practical significance in the implementation of
the enterprise's overall strategy.
In practice, the traditional financial analysis focuses on the attention and research
of financial statement data, more from the perspective of financial analysis of the
company's financial situation, the research on the internal and external environment,
strategy, operation and other influence of the formation of financial data is relatively
insufficient, which also brings the limitations of financial problem analysis. Combined
with the strategic development direction of a company, this paper uses the Harvard
analysis framework, from the four dimensions of strategic analysis, accounting analysis,
financial analysis and prospect analysis, makes a more comprehensive analysis on the
external macro environment, industry status, internal accounting quality, financial ratio
and development prospect of a company. In addition to paying attention to some
problems involved in financial management, this paper makes further research In the
context of the overall development of the enterprise, this paper explores the possible
problems and causes behind the financial data, and finally puts forward targeted
suggestions combined with various factors such as enterprise strategy and development
environment.
This paper hopes to analyze the possible financial problems of a company under
the framework of Harvard analysis. In addition to paying attention to the financial
