摘要
新时代发展背景下,我国经济增长转向高质量发展阶段,而制造业又是实体
经济的支柱,制造业的高质量发展成为实现经济高质量发展的重要组成部分。同
时,对以人工智能为代表的新一代信息技术发展的智能化技术投资对各个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司产
生了深远的影响。本文在此背景下,探索智能化技术投资对制造业高质量发展的
影响及对策建议。
首先,文章在分析经济高质量发展内涵的基础上,概括了制造业高质量发展
的内涵及特征,并对智能化技术投资与制造业高质量发展之间的内在逻辑机理进
行了分析。然后构建了经济效益、创新发展、绿色发展、质量品质、结构优化以
及转型发展等六个维度的制造业高质量发展指标评价体系,并对江苏省各市的制
造业高质量发展水平进行了测度与分析。与此同时,分区域对比了制造业高质量
发展的差异。最后实证检验了智能化技术投资对制造业高质量发展的影响以及技
术创新对制造业高质量发展的调节效应,并得出了相关结论。
本文实证结果表明:智能化技术投资对制造业高质量发展产生了正向的促进
作用,尤其是在智能化技术投资滞后一期的情况下,效果更加显著。同时,智能
化技术投资对制造业高质量发展产生影响的同时,还受到地区发展水平、城市化
水平、投资要素比率以及人才资本的影响。其中,地区发展水平与人才资本促进
制造业高质量发展,而投资要素比率以及城市化水平在一定程度上抑制制造业的
高质量发展。另外,在智能化投资促进制造业高质量发展过程中,技术创新水平
起到了正向的调节作用,且存在滞后性。
本文创新性的基于市级角度构建评价指标并实证研究了智能化技术投资对
制造业高质量发展的影响,在研究结果基础上,提出合理规划智能化技术投资、
提高技术创新水平、建立校企人才培养机制以及推进智能制造发展和加大研发力
度的发展对策及建议。希望通过进一步推进对以人工智能为代表的新一代信息技
术的发展投资,推动制造业高质量发展向前迈进。

Abstract
In the context of the development of the new era, our country's economic growth
has turned to a stage of high-quality development, and the manufacturing industry is
the backbone of the real economy. The high-quality development of the manufacturing
industry has become an important part of achieving high-quality economic
development. At the same time, investment in intelligent technology for the
development of a new generation of information technology represented by artificial
intelligence has had a profound impact on various industries. In this context, this article
explores the impact of intelligent technology investment on the high-quality
development of manufacturing and countermeasures.
First, on the basis of analyzing the connotation of high-quality economic
development, the article summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the high-
quality development of the manufacturing industry, and analyzes the internal logic
mechanism between the investment in intelligent technology and the high-quality
development of the manufacturing industry. Then, a six-dimensional evaluation system
of manufacturing high-quality development indicators including economic efficiency,
innovation development, green development, quality, structural optimization, and
transformational development was constructed, and the high-quality development level
of manufacturing in various cities in Jiangsu Province was measured and compared
analysis. At the same time, the differences in the high-quality development of
manufacturing industries were compared by region. Finally, it empirically tested the
impact of intelligent technology investment on the high-quality development of the
manufacturing industry and the moderating effect of technological innovation on the
high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and reached relevant
conclusions.
The empirical results of this paper show that the investment in intelligent
technology has a positive effect on the high-quality development of the manufacturing
industry, especially when the investment in intelligent technology lags behind for a
period, the effect is more significant. At the same time, while intelligent technology

investment has an impact on the high-quality development of manufacturing, it is also
affected by the level of regional development, the level of urbanization, the ratio of
investment factors, and human capital. Among them, the regional development level
and human capital promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,
while the investment factor ratio and the level of urbanization inhibit the high-quality
development of the manufacturing industry to a certain extent. In addition, in the
process of intelligent investment promoting the high-quality development of the
manufacturing industry, the level of technological innovation has played a positive
regulatory role, and there is a lag.
This article innovatively constructs evaluation indicators based on the city-level
perspective and empirically studies the impact of intelligent technology investment on
the high-quality development of manufacturing. Based on the research results, this
article puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions for rationally
planning the investment in intelligent technology, improving the level of technological
innovation, establishing a school-enterprise talent training mechanism, and promoting
the development of intelligent manufacturing and increasing R&D efforts. It is hoped
that by further promoting investment in the development of a new generation of
information technology represented by artificial intelligence, the high-quality
development of the manufacturing industry will move forward.
