Abstract
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out
that enterprises need not only human, financial and material resources, but also soft power
support such as strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and improving the quality
of employees. Corporate culture is the core competitiveness, living soul and core spirit of an
enterprise. It plays a vital role in enterprise management and is also one of the key contents of
corporate culture construction. A trade union is a group organization voluntarily joined by
enterprise employees, a representative of the interests of enterprise employees, political
guidance, organizational unity Position construction plays an irreplaceable role. The
construction of corporate culture based on the interests of employees can further stimulate
employees' initiative and enthusiasm to serve the development of the enterprise. The
construction of enterprise culture is not only the work of enterprise managers, but also has mass
and universality, which requires the active participation of the broad masses of employees. As
a mass organization, trade union organizations can more effectively unite and mobilize the
masses of employees, so that the construction of enterprise culture has a more solid practical
foundation and radiates more powerful vitality and vitality.
Taking the Shenzhen Branch of G bank as the research object, this thesis discusses the
relevant theories of trade union organization and corporate culture, uses the methods of
literature, empirical analysis and questionnaire, and draws lessons from the analysis tool of
Dennison's corporate culture model, and finally discusses how to give full play to the
advantages and role of trade union organization in the construction of corporate culture. Firstly,
by analyzing the current situation of the role of the trade union of Shenzhen Branch of bank G
in the construction of corporate culture, this thesis obtains the prominent problems existing in
the role of the trade union of Shenzhen Branch of bank G in the construction of corporate culture:
weak sense of participation, lack of consistency, lack of adaptability and lack of prominent
sense of mission, The reason behind the problems found in further excavation is that the trade
union of Shenzhen Branch has an unclear position in the construction of corporate culture, pays
limited attention to matters related to the construction of corporate culture, has a single working
mode and lacks innovation, and lacks full integration of trade union work and business work.
Therefore, the author puts forward optimization suggestions to enhance the role of the trade
union in the construction of enterprise culture in Shenzhen Branch, so as to continuously

improve the importance of the trade union in the construction of enterprise culture. The
suggestions are as follows: determine the important position of the trade union in the
construction of enterprise culture, enhance the attention of the trade union to the construction
of enterprise culture, and strengthen the innovation of the working mode of the trade union,
Promote the full integration of trade union work and business work.
Through this research, it can provide relevant reference and thinking for further
promoting the role of trade union organizations in the construction of corporate culture, so as
to promote the further development of corporate culture construction and trade union work of
Shenzhen Branch of bank G, and improve the industry competitiveness of Shenzhen Branch of
bank G. At the same time, it is also hoped that this study can attract the attention of more trade
union workers and promote such research to be more extensive, in-depth and representative, so
as to promote the innovative development of trade union work and corporate culture
construction in the banking industry.
