摘要
近些年来，我国市场经济发展与国家教育战略深入实施，让我国艺术培训欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司走
上发展的快车道，艺术培训欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司市场规模从 2014年的 212.5亿元增长至 2020年的
548.5亿元，年复合增长率高达 14.5%。艺术教育是生命早期发展的主要动力，是全
面提升个体素质与能力的重要路径。群众对于艺术教育需求逐渐增加提升了艺术培训
欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司产业化程度，艺术培训欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司逐渐走向个性化、高端化的服务路线。然而在艺术培
训欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司快速扩张发展的同时，凸显了欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内企业、机构一系列问题。内部控制作为企
业经营管理的重要组成部分，对我国企业发展有着举足轻重的作用，而控制活动作为
内部控制的基本要素之一，是企业内部控制最重要的组成部分，在内部控制中处于核
心地位。在竞争日益激烈的市场环境下，教育培训欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司企业要想立于不败之地、健康
有序地发展，那么重视内部控制活动、建立科学合理的内部控制体系就显得尤为重要。
本篇文章通过学习内部控制的相关理论，将理论与 D艺术培训机构内部控制现
状相结合，从内部控制的五个要素对 D艺术培训机构的内部控制制度进行探讨。通
过对 D艺术培训机构内部控制现状的研究，认为要从完善机构内部控制；健全风险
评估机制；健全控制活动与措施；重视机构信息与沟通的建设；强化机构内部监督五
个方面来对 D艺术培训内部控制问题进行优化。在内部控制环境方面，机构要优化
企业组织结构，提高管理层对内部控制的认识，加强绩效考核在内部控制中的重要作
用；在风险评估方面，要有效开展风险识别，从多角度制定应对措施；在控制活动方
面，要加强重点内控环境控制，加强对财务的控制；在信息与沟通方面，要加强机构
信息化意识，加强对信息技术的运用，完善企业信息传递机制；在内部监督方面，要
明确主体责任，不断规范和完善监督标准，将内部监督与外部监督相结合。

In recent years, the development of China's market economy and the in-depth
implementation of the national education strategy have put China's art training industry on
the fast track of development. The market scale of the art training industry has increased
from 21.25 billion yuan in 2014 to 54.85 billion yuan in 2020, with a compound annual
growth rate of 14.5%. Art education is the main driving force of early life development and
an important path to comprehensively improve individual quality and ability. People's
demand for art education has gradually increased, which has improved the industrialization
of the art training industry, and the art training industry has gradually moved towards a
personalized and high-end service line. However, with the rapid expansion and
development of the art training industry, a series of problems of enterprises and institutions
in the industry have been highlighted. As an important part of enterprise management,
internal control plays an important role in the development of Chinese enterprises. As one
of the basic elements of internal control, control activities are the most important part of
enterprise internal control and play a core role in internal control. In the increasingly
competitive market environment, if education and training enterprises want to be invincible
and develop healthily and orderly, it is particularly important to pay attention to internal
control activities and establish a scientific and reasonable internal control system.
By studying the relevant theories of internal control, this article combines the theory
with the current situation of internal control of D art training institutions, and discusses the
internal control system of D art training institutions from the five elements of internal
control. Through the research on the current situation of internal control of D art training
institution, it is considered that we should improve the internal control of the institution;
Improve the risk assessment mechanism; Improve control activities and measures; Attach
importance to the construction of institutional information and communication; Strengthen
the internal supervision of the organization to optimize the internal control of D art training
from five aspects. In terms of internal control environment, the organization should
