Conference, “We must cultivate, introduce, and make good use of talents in all fields,
accelerate the construction of the world’s important talent centers and innovation
highlands, and provide talent support. In order to basically realize socialist
modernization by 2035, by 2050 Building a society in an all-round way will lay a solid
foundation for the talents of a modern and powerful country." In recent years, in the
development of aerospace and building a powerful aerospace country, the aerospace
industry has entered a new stage of "high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-efficiency"
development, and the aerospace model has shown a blowout development. The reform
of aerospace enterprises into the deep-water aerospace industry urgently needs the
growth of young talents. At the same time, post-80s, post-90s and even post-00s have
become the main force in the growth of young talents. ce In the aerospace industry,
effectively uniting and rallying young people to play a greater role in the aerospace
industry has become a new goal of human resources for aerospace companies. How to
establish an effective mechanism for training young talents? Cultivating a competitive
reserve army of young scientific and technological talents for enterprises and the
country has become a topic of greatest concern to state-owned enterprises.
This research takes Company C as the research object, combined with the relevant
theoretical knowledge of management, from the four aspects of "selection, cultivation,
retention and employment" of the youth talent training system, namely "selection and
recruitment of young talents", "training system for young talents", " "Youth Talent
Incentive Mechanism" and "Youth Talent Career Development Channel" conducted a
questionnaire survey on the youth of C Company, and conducted interviews with some
young people and company leaders, and contacted the new situation, new problems,
new challenges and other practical factors of the work of young talents. This paper
comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in C company in the cultivation of

young talents, and analyzes the reasons. According to the cause of the problem, a total
of 15 suggestions are put forward in four aspects, and a comprehensive system for
training young talents is established, in order to let the youth of C Company give full
play to their initiative, and build a world-class aerospace equipment intelligent
manufacturing enterprise with high-quality development for the enterprise. High”
(high-quality, high-efficiency, high-benefit) development goals provide a strong talent
guarantee and build a solid talent foundation for building a aerospace power.
