摘要
成本管理是企业财务管理中的重要环节，降低成本是企业生存和发展的关键，随
着经济的快速发展，市场竞争越来越激烈，人工材料等价格的上涨，带来企业成本支
出的不断增加，成本管理存在漏洞等问题也不断给企业的降本增效管理目标增加难度。
党和国家在 2020年对特种汽车制造欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司提出“保持贯彻落实党中央决策部署的战略
定力，聚焦主责主业，强化科技引领，全面推动企业高质量发展”的道路。深入贯彻
习近平新时代强军思想，牢固树立“质量立企”的发展要求，W特种汽车制造企业以
科技兴企、质量立企、数字化转型、精益管理、提升主营业务盈利能力等行动计划作
为企业的行动方针，加强企业内部深化改革，加强业务与财务的融合，落实设计工艺、
研发采购、生产制造等环节的成本控制。在此背景下，本文以 W特种汽车制造企业
的成本管理现状进行研究，针对企业经营业务过程中出现的现状和问题进行分析，旨
在对企业目前的存在的成本控制进行改进。
本文以成本管理理论为基础，研究了国内特种汽车制造欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司中的一家综合企业—
—W特种汽车制造企业的生产成本控制问题，将先进的成本管理工具应用于 W特种
汽车制造企业的成本管理实践，是理论工具与实际案例的具体应用。本文内容主要由
六部分组成：第一章为绪论，主要有研究背景和意义、文献综述、研究思路和研究方
法等。第二章为基础理论，包括成本控制理论、目标成本理论、内部控制理论，为本
文后续研究提供理论基础。第三章为 W特种汽车企业的概况及成本管理现状，主要
介绍 W特种汽车制造公司的基本概况。第四章为 W特种汽车制造企业基于成本控制
问题剖析。第五章为 W特种汽车制造企业提出的生产成本控制研究对策。根据 W特
种汽车制造企业的战略定位提出了信息工具的搭建和标准作业管理办法的生产成本
控制对策。第七章是研究结论，对 W特种汽车企业的成本控制提出的优化方案的有
效性、可行性和对于特种汽车欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的借鉴意义进行了总结。
本文针对特种汽车国有企业在降本增效的长远目标下的成本控制存在的问题进
行剖析，引入先进管理技术手段，从全方面提出优化方案，加强企业业务与财务管理
的融合，对相同企业具有一定的借鉴价值。

Based on cost control management theory, this paper studies the domestic special

practice, is a theoretical tool with the actual case of the practical application. This article
