I 摘要 研发项目管理是企业运营管理的一个重要部分,通过对研发项目的有效管理来解 决企业产品研发过程中存在的问题点,通过对问题的分析,运用项目管理的知识使问 题得到优化,从而使企业的产品研发在良性的流程管理下达到效益最大化,实现企业 的产品研发战略,因此,项目管理对企业的正常经营和发展具有重要的意义。 项目管理的体系和方法在企业运营的实践过程中获得了长足的发展,通过各阶段 的管理、项目任务的量化以及存在问题的分析和相应的优化方法的应用,确保整个研 发项目在受控的前提下顺利的得到实施,目前Z公司的研发项目管理已经高度融合于 公司的质量管理体系之中,在企业的战略规划与执行管理方面发挥着非常重要的作 用。 本文首先分析了项目管理以及研发项目管理的特点以及医疗器械研发项目的特 殊管理要求等,接着对Z公司口腔CT研发项目管理的实际情况进行分析,了解到Z 公司所研究的口腔CT产品属于当今国内市场正在兴起的医疗影像产业,同时通过运 用项目管理的理论对Z公司口腔CT的整个研发项目进行分析研究,在结合自身多年 的医疗器械企业的产品研发、生产、质量管理、医疗器械注册及市场准入的丰富经验 的管理经验的基础上,参考同类产品的研发项目过程中的问题,在Z公司口腔CT的 研发项目管理的整个过程对问题进行优化。运用项目管理相关的理论知识和方法,对 口腔CT研发项目管理过程中的问题进行了系统的优化设计。优化后的产品研发管理 体系的运行表明,实施项目管理能够将公司的研发管理活动与研发的进度控制、质量 管理、资源管理、时间管理得到质的提升,从而促进企业的战略目标的完成。 项目管理的知识运用到Z公司口腔CT研发项目中的研究,让医疗器械企业从产 品立项、设计输入、设计输出、产品验证、产品注册、质量管理等各个环节得到有效 的管理,使产品研发的成功得到了保证。通过对本项目的研究,证明了在医疗器械研 发过程中实施项目管理的必要性,为企业的发展提供了保障,使企业的研发项目管理 能够达到更高的标准。 关键词:项目管理医疗器械口腔CT牙科 Abstract II Abstract Productresearchanddevelopmentprojectmanagementisanimportantpartof enterpriseoperationandmanagement.Throughtheeffectivemanagementofproduct researchanddevelopmentprojecttosolvetheproblemsexistingintheenterpriseproduct developmentprocess,throughtheanalysisoftheproblemsandtheapplicationofproject managementknowledgetooptimizetheproblems,soastomaximizethebenefitsofR&D underthebenignprocessmanagement,andrealizetheproductR&Dstrategyofenterprises. Thepaperfirstanalysestheprojectmanagementandthecharacteristicsofresearch anddevelopmentofprojectmanagement,thespecialrequirementsofmedicaldevices researchanddevelopmentprojects,andthentotheactualsituationofZcompanydental CTR&Dprojectmanagementwereanalyzed,andtheunderstandingtotheZcompany researchdentalCTproductsbelongtothecurrentdomesticmarketisontheriseofmedical imagingindustry,atthesametimebyusingthetheoryofprojectmanagementofZ companydentalCTresearchandanalyzetheR&Dproject,incombinationwithitsyearsof medicaldevicesenterpriseproductresearchanddevelopment,production,quality management,medicaldeviceregistrationandonthebasisofrichexperienceinmarket access,Thispaperpointsouttheproblemsexistingintheresearchanddevelopmentproject managementofdentalCTofZcompany.Basedontheneedsofenterpriseoperationand management,thispaperadoptstheknowledgeofprojectmanagementandmakesa systematicoptimizationdesignfortheproblemsintheprocessofdentalCTresearchand developmentprojectmanagement.TheoperationoftheoptimizedproductR&D managementsystemshowsthattheimplementationofprojectmanagementcanimprove thecompany'sR&Dmanagementactivitiesandtheprogresscontrol,qualitymanagement, Abstract III resourcemanagementandtimemanagementofR&Dqualitatively,topromotethe completionofthestrategicobjectivesoftheenterprise.
