在激烈的金融市场竞争中,哪家商业银行能够留住人才,解决好人才流失问题, 就能够在竞争中拥有人才优势,能够提升竞争力相反,那家商业银行不重视人才流失 问题,不能够留住人才,不仅会是商业银行经营受阻,而且还降低了市场竞争力,因 此,商业银行如何解决人才流失问题,提升竞争力已经成为一项研究课题。结合现有 关于商业银行人才流失的研究成果,不难发现,很少有学者对商业银行人才流失的原 因进行探讨。基于此,本文将以文献分析法为基础,以问卷调查法为补充,全面梳理 国内外关于商业银行人才流失的研究文献,深入调查光大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题 及原因,并提出切实可行的对策和参考建议,旨在能够使这一研究领域内容得到丰富。 本文选取光大银行 C 市分行作为研究对象,运用文献分析法、案例分析法等对光 大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题展开分析,首先是阐述了研究的背景、意义及国内外研 究现状,研究所运用的主要方法等,并对人才流失相关概念和理论进行分析,为研究 提供理论依据。在此背景下,采用问卷调查法对光大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题进行 调查,分析调查结果,得出光大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题的主要因素有外部环境因 素:银行人才需求旺盛竞争激烈;银行内部因素:激励机制弱化防控流失不力;员工 个人因素:职业成长定位偏差忠诚度低。针对调查分析出的人才流失问题因素,提出 了光大银行 C 市分行解应对人才流失问题的对策,主要是注重岗位教育和人才梯队建 设。主要有认清欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展趋势,加强就业、择业教育,加快人才梯队建设;健全现有 的人资管理体系。包括建设全方位的培训提升体系,落实具有竞争性的薪酬体系,规 范人才晋升渠道体系,营造以人为本的企业文化体系;不断提升人才整体素质。主要 是强化职业道德帮助人才正确定位,职业规划与企业发展同步和畅通沟通渠道。 光大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题不是一朝一夕就可以解决的,需要不断地发现人 才流失问题,探讨问题成因,并进行解决,在不断地完善与提高中,留住人才,解决 人才流失问题。通过研究希望能够帮助光大银行 C 市分行及其他商业银行彻底解决人 才流失问题,留住人才,发挥人才在金融市场竞争中的重要力量,确保光大银行 C 市分行能够可持续发展。 关键词:光大银行;人才流失;人力资源光大银行 C 市分行人才流失问题研究 I ABSTRACT In the fierce competition in the financial market, which commercial banks can retain talent, solve the problem of brain drain, can have talent advantage in the competition, can enhance competitiveness on the contrary, that commercial bank does not pay attention to the problem of brain drain, can not retain talent, not only will commercial banks operating blocked, but also reduce market competitiveness, therefore, how to solve the brain drain problem, enhance competitiveness has become a research topic. Combined with the existing research results on the brain drain of commercial banks, it is not difficult to find that few scholars have discussed the reasons for the brain drain of commercial banks. Based on this, this paper will be based on the literature analysis method, supplemented by the questionnaire method, comprehensively comb the research literature on the brain drain of commercial banks at home and abroad, in-depth investigation of the problem and causes of brain drain in the C city branch of Everbright Bank, and put forward practical countermeasures and reference suggestions, aimed at enriching the content of this research field.
