随着中国经济的快速发展与世界一体化进程的不断深入,第三产业获得高速发 展,日渐成为推动国民经济的重要力量。人力资源欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司作为第三产业的重要组成部 分,在我国日益呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,逐步向市场化、国际化发展。在欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司不断 发展与政策利好的推动下,HFS人力资源服务有限公司通过几年的探索,秉承“汇聚 全球智慧,助力企业发展”的理念,已经成长为河北省人力资源外包服务欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司领军企 业。 短短几年的时间,HFS人力资源服务有限公司取得了广大客户及相关部门的高 度信任,公司业务呈现跨越式发展,同样的,公司也面临着许多亟待解决的问题, 如成本、人才、管理、市场运营等,这些问题日渐成为制约HFS人力公司发展的障 碍。随着公司不断地发展壮大,来自市场与客户的新需求层出不穷,如何在竞争越 来越激烈的市场获得更高的占有率,如何使企业利润持续增加,如何使企业与员工 获得双赢等问题摆在企业面前。因此,对HFS人力公司的战略研究与选择对公司进 一步发展壮大具有重要意义。 本研究运用PEST、五力模型等工具分析了HFS人力资源服务有限公司所处的行 业特征与宏观环境,在此基础上对HFS人力公司的内部环境和外部环境进行了 SWOT分析,明确了公司自身的优势与劣势,现阶段发展所面临的机遇与挑战,通 过四个组合的对比分析,明确了企业发展的多样化和一体化的总体战略、重点集中和 差异化的基本竞争战略。以总体战略与竞争战略为出发点,从优化组织结构、产品 创新、人才培养、品牌建设、市场开拓、国外经验借鉴等角度制定了详细的保障措 施,使企业在人力资源外包欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司获得突破性发展,提升企业的核心竞争优势,培育企 业的竞争力,使企业在高速发展的同时获得更多的资源支持与保障,向着更优、更持 续、更有活力的方向发展。 关键词:人力资源服务;多样化战略;一体化战略;外包服务 III Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous deepening of world integration process,the tertiary industry has achieved rapid development and has gradually become an important force to promote the national economy. As an important part of the tertiary industry, the human resource industry in China has been developing vigorously and gradually towards marketization and internationalization. Driven by the continuous development of the industry and favorable policies, HFS human resources service co., ltd. has grown into a leading enterprise in human resource outsourcing service industry of hebei province by adhering to the concept of "gathering global wisdom and promoting enterprise development" through years of exploration. After several years of development, HFS company has obtained the high trust from the customers and related department, and presents the leapfrog development company, also, the company is faced with many problems to be solved, such as cost, talent, management, market operation, etc., these questions become restrict HFS human obstacles for the development of the company. With the continuous development and growth of the company, new demands from the market and customers emerge in endlessly. How to gain a higher share in the increasingly fierce market competition, how to make the company's profits increase continuously, how to make the company and its employees win the win-win situation and other problems are put before the company. Therefore, the strategic research and selection of HFS company is of great significance to the further development and expansion of the company. This paper uses PEST, five forces model and other tools to analyze the industry characteristics and macro environment of HFS human resources service co., ltd. and find out the core competitiveness of the enterprise. On the basis of the HFS human company's internal environment and external environment has carried on the SWOT analysis, has been clear about the company's own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges faced by the current development, through the contrastive analysis of the four combinations, the diversification of enterprise development and the integration of the overall strategy, focus and differentiation competitive strategy. With overall strategy and competitive strategy as a starting point, from the optimization of organization structure, product innovation, personnel training, brand building, market development and use for reference foreign experience developed detailed measures such as Angle, make the enterprise get breakthrough in human resources outsourcing industry development, promote enterprise's core competitive advantages, cultivate the competitiveness of the enterprise, make the enterprise gain more resources at the same time in the rapid development of support and protection, towards a better, more sustainable, more energetic in the direction of IV development.
