创新驱动、转型升级、降本增效已经成为当前时代国有企业特别是电力行 业改革发展的主旋律。众所周知，电力是能源工业的重要组成部分，在国民经 济发展中占有极其重要的地位，因此，电力欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的改革发展也要顺应智慧时代 的变化。财务共享服务中心作为现代企业财务管理的创新模式，通过信息化平 台融入云计算、人工智能、大数据等众多科技元素和移动互联网技术支撑对财 务管理进行流程化、规范化的处理，来降低企业集团的运营成本、提高组织经 营效率的一种优化组织定位与企业战略发展紧密相关的分布式管理模式，在这 种管理模式下，企业可以充分利用众多资源，集中精力发展核心业务和新能源 项目，进一步促进实现企业集团的战略发展目标。最近这些年，财务共享模式 应用已经在部分欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司取得了阶段性胜利，例如保险欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司、金融管理欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司、通讯 服务业以及连锁公司等，但是这种模式在电力欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司还处于探索阶段。 本文通过云计算环境下的Y公司财务共享中心应用为研究对象，通过对Y 公司的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司背景、发展需求以及在财务共享中心应用过程中出现的问题分析， 并根据实际情况探讨出科学合理化的建议，建立相应的保障性措施，为Y公司 更好的应用共享财务中心管理模式，降本增效。 关键词：云计算电力欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司财务共享中心应用研究 昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文云计算背景下Y公司财务共享中心应用研究 II Abstract Innovation-driven,transformationandupgrading,costreductionandefficiency improvementhavebecomethemainthemeofstate-ownedenterprises,especiallythe reformanddevelopmentofthepowerindustry.Asweallknow,powerisanimportantpart oftheenergyindustryandoccupiesanextremelyimportantpositioninthedevelopmentof thenationaleconomy.Therefore,thereformanddevelopmentofthepowerindustrymust alsoadapttothechangesintheeraofwisdom.Asaninnovativemodeloffinancial managementformodernenterprises,thefinancialsharedservicecenterintegratesmany technologicalelementssuchascloudcomputing,artificialintelligence,bigdata,and mobileInternettechnologytosupportthestreamlinedandstandardizedprocessingof financialmanagementthroughinformationplatformstoreduceenterprisegroups.A distributedmanagementmodelthatoptimizestheorganization'spositioningandisclosely relatedtocorporatestrategicdevelopment.Underthismanagementmodel,enterprisescan makefulluseofmanyresourcesandfocusondevelopingcorebusinessandnewenergy projects.Furtherpromotetherealizationofthestrategicdevelopmentgoalsofenterprise groups.Inrecentyears,theapplicationoffinancialsharingmodehasachievedinitial successinsomeindustries,suchasinsuranceindustry,financialmanagementindustry, communicationserviceindustryandchaincompanies,etc.,butthismodeisstillinthe explorationstageinthepowerindustry.
